Ok, here it goes (at least what I did):
1- unpack "SEE" into "C:\"
2- SEE shortcut on desktop, set as follows:
TARGET: "C:\Program Files\Electronic Arts\The Battle for Middle-earth II\lotrbfme2.exe" -mod "C:\SEE"
START IN: "C:\Program Files\Electronic Arts\The Battle for Middle-earth II"
3- Launch the game through that modified shorcut

I have NO idea... none of us have - I think. I have WinXP sp2, and I use the same folder as always for the mod, like in the Instructions... and it works for me. It also workes for Sûl, and Rhodin who btw is on Vista. And for hundereds of other fans, so I have no idea why it won't work for some of you. Nor do I understand why that method is better, but hey - WHATEVER WORKS!Now, that's good to hear!
Enjoy your game
To the team, I'd be curious to find out what is this problem about. Doesn't it have to do with the "SEE" folder not being packed as a ".big" file ? Just my two cents...
