hmmm

Commandchees/Long Bows already exist in the game as 'attack choppers'

I'm thinking
Vanilla - Side Nighthawk - 7 People Transport? and maybe a gun upgrade (SO it can kill infantry or something.)
Air Force - The thing is uber already. lol.
Superweapons - okay, this Nighthawk will be 'faster' 'more stealthier' 'carries 1 more passenger' keeps it's regular guns. for the price of say 1500/1250 a piece.
Laser - hmm the only thing i can think of for this chopper would be "Normal" Nighthawk or.. a anti-air laser variant.


Btw
Choppers are loud upclose, an adjustment to the Nighthawk's sounds. make it more... 'less in volume' so it can creep around without someone hearing it (I mean i have my Speakers at Max)

Throwing out ideas...Hmm, let's see.

-Vanilla:
Well, no or little to no noise from propellors for one, then maybe a passenger capacity of 10...And a gun much like that of a SEAL (although that probably is overpowered so maybe tone it down a bit).

-Airforce:
This one must be the worst, maybe give it a Nuclear Missile launcher to balance it out. With a ROF of, let's say, 10...That was a joke by the way. ;)

-Super Weapons:
Stealth maybe? I don't know about genobreakers plans for stealth detection, but I would make Sentry Guns, Pillboxes, and Yuri's variant make detect stealth to give them a purpose. And maybe (yes, I said maybe) Flak Cannon's, Patriot's, and Yuri's variant too. Then Dog's, along with their Spy detection, and Tanya, Boris, and Yuri Prime (if he is used). Remove all of Yuri's Spy detection though (all those Yuri Clones, Masterminds, etc, they all detect Spies, makes it kinda hard to infiltrate a Battle Lab), and make it balanced with the other factions. Maybe Robot Tank's and Terror Drone's detect stealth too. And something for Yuri then (maybe Yuri Clone, dunno). But back to the point, maybe also a bit faster, sneakier (thus stealth)...But also tone down the passanger capacity to 5 or so then.

-Lasers:
Simple. Replace the anti-infantry machine gun with an anti-tank laser gun. Done.

10? nighthawk's too small for 10 people... :p

too much bro... that would make a base uninfiltrateable since most bases has them everywhere inside...

robot tanks, yeah, that's okay for me, but terror drones? nah... if it could detect, then it would be imba...

I know they couldn't, they just should to make them more valuable I think. Yuri Clones, Masterminds, Psychic Towers...They really shouldn't be able to do that. Then you can't infiltrate a Battle Lab etc at all!

Why? Robot Tanks are too sucky (lol), so this would maybe make them more usefull, and Terror Drones. Well, it's hard to explain (I already retyped 3 explanations :p), but, well...Ah screw it. I hope someone else can explain why it isn't unbalanced. :tiger: And by the way, they lose their stealth detection when inside vehicles.

yes defensive structure, like the pillbox... the prism tower is already the anti-tank laser defensive structure.. maybe that anti-tank laser gun you were talking about should be an anti-infantry laser gun instead...

and oh, I, for one, build them anti-infantry structures inside my base, it serves as part of my secondary defense.. if they could detect, then cool for me, but it's still overpowered since it's too cheap..

But, how does a Nighthawk with an anti-tank laser gun instead of a Nighthawk with an anti-infantry machine gun affect the defensive structures of the Laser general?

okay, I got a little confused there... you meant to change the laser general nighthawk's anti-infantry gun into a laser gun, right? perhaps I was a little too sleepy there, that I uh, got your point wrong there... :crazed:

Yeah I thought that. :crazed: Yeah, I meant that the normal Nighthawk gun was replaced by an anti-tank laser gun for the laser general. :w00t:

because "Nighthawk Transport" is just supposed to be a transport, firing a small AI gun is only its 2nd priority. giving it a more powerful weapon will make both of its functions kinda even up.. hence the name, at least, should be changed.

and yes, you were right, assault nighthawk is already taken by airforce general, as its first priority was to be garrisoned by troops and raise hell upon its enemies, hence the term 'assault'...

I think Nighthawk is good. I mean, you're going to build a chopper for $1000 to own infantry and barely scratches anything else? It's primary function is still transport. Of course, laser's Nighthawk will get the very unique name of Laser Nighthawk (I guess) so that is also good. :crazed:

you got that right... it's just that the original name didn't suit the concept of a helicopter transport which fires anti-armor lasers...
