I mean you can and must uses infantry as main force even in late game, as I said "infantry brute force".

Here it is.
Country name: Red Knight
Allegiance: Soviet
Country specific unit proposal: Spec Ops – Most of infantry has health and speed little higher than common infantry make them won’t be killed by a single shot by a sniper and can self heal.
>Tier 1<
-Light Vanguard – Replaces Conscript. Basic infantry and stealth detector. The standard weapon is PKM light machine gun that gives firepower equal to deployed GI. However, cost is also rise due to his quality.
-Heavy Vanguard – Replaces Tesla Trooper. Anti-armor infantry, armed with RPG-29. He can’t shoot at air targets but do damage to vehicles higher than other same classes.
>Tier 2<
-Protector – Replaces Flak Trooper. Anti-aircraft infantry, armed with PP-19 submachine gun and portable SAM. Has half firepower of the Patriot.
-Hammer Trooper – Artillery infantry, armed with PP-19 submachine gun and 76 mm mortar when deployed. Main role is anti-base defense but also act as counter sniper and fire support.
>Tier 3<
-Soviet Marine – Replaces Crazy Ivan. Soviet version of Navy SEAL. He can do anything his counterpart can but little stronger in health, armed with AK-47 and Satchel Charge.
-Sky Suppressor – Replaces Flak Track. Advanced anti-aircraft infantry, armed with PP-19 submachine gun and portable rotating barreled flak gun when deployed. Has 4 times stronger firepower than a Flak Trooper (4x ROF).
-Destructor – Replaces Scud Launcher and Apocalypse. Advanced artillery infantry, armed with PP-19 submachine gun and Kornet E anti-tank guided missile (ATGM) when deployed. Main role is anti-building and counter artillery and also act as heavy anti-armor infantry.
-Mikhail – Replaces Boris. Hero unit, armed with heavy modified shock rifle. Shock Trooper (Shock Sniper) can now shoot at air targets, have artillery attack range and fire faster. Strong vs everything.
Country specialty:
-Highly Trained Infantry – Most of infantry are half commandoes. Their costs are quite expensive but they had highly performance.
-Limited Armor – Most of vehicles cost more and less effective. Some vehicles are unavailable (of course no Centurion).
-Limited Air Power – Aircrafts cost more and less effective. MiG is unavailable.
-Infantry Brute Force – Paradrop more effective, infantry less cost (but most of them are still expensive) but more effective.
Division name: Wanderer
Allegiance: Epsilon
Epsilon Division: No main area of activity, covert mobile force.
Country specific unit proposal:
-Mobile Towers – Works like MCV but they will become instant base defense (anything but bunkers). Become stealth when deployed.
-Disintegrator – Stealth mobile acid canister launching platform. It’s a buggy with a recoilless gun on top that fires a projectile containing acid cloud inside. The projectile itself won’t do much damage but the real threats are acid clouds that spread out after the projectile collided to its target (works like virus cloud), they will slowly decrease health of everything touch it overtime.
Country specialty:
-Sacrificing for Maneuverability – Lower the armor and replace the normal engine with high HP one. Decrease unit health 20%, increase unit speed 20% and increase some rate of turn.
-Mobile Defensive – There is no need to build some defenses in the construction yard but go out from war factory instead, including Seraph, Gattling Cannon and Railgun Tower
Veteran units: Speeder Trike, Shadow Tank and Starflare.

I'd put the Destructer on T3. A unit that funtions as a heavy artillery and as a multipurpose anti-infantry/armor vehicle is a little too overpowered to have it available when you build just a radar.

Requires : NaN but Tech center for LOOK
Effect : Unit range and LOS +%20, can see behind the illusions and gaps for 3 seconds when LOOK ability used.

Country : Italy - I vote for a different country for high tech stuff, Italy seems more of a Naval nation.

Name : Distrubitor tank - You mean "Disruptor Tank" right?
Armor : Low
Firepower : Disables enemy vechiles or buildings with an ion beam (like magnetron's beam) while not moving. If used on a reactor, the player losts reactor's power. When attacked power plant 250, tesla reactor 150 etc. - Impossible to set to a specific number, you can just shut down the power with an EMP beam, though it will come back online unless you destroy the thing.
Country speciality : Intelligence : Look down! - Just add it up here next time.
Skirmish menu description : Italy uses distrubitor tanks and can look and detect better. - "Italty can build Distruptor Tanks and uses advanced sensors.
Requires : NaN but Tech center for LOOK - What the heck is a NaN? Also what is LOOK, try a better name.
Effect : Unit range and LOS +%20, can see behind the illusions and gaps for 3 seconds when LOOK ability used. - The bonus seems a little overpowered, though I might be thinking of ROF bonuses.
Veteran units : Battle Fortress, Grand Cannon - Countries require at least 3 veteran units.

I 'm agree with you so I changed them. Sorry for mistakes, i was just too busy.Countries require a maximum of 3 units as well. Also, it sounds a bit unbalanced to have veteran GC's.

I think a good a rule of thumb, and this goes for everyone, is not to do country specific ships, as there are very few maps where naval forces will play a major role. Either the country has a major advantage in Naval War, or lacks an effective specific unit for almost every other game mode.
The Defender is no longer buildable in skirmish. It will be replaced by the Robot Tank.

4. Country specialty - Infantry armor and speed(optional: damage) +15%, Veteran units: enforcer, prism tank, mirage tank (anything is optional)
Notes: Baltic states has leading lasers manufacturing in Eu, have a huge gorilla warfare experience dealing with soviet union in WW2, were first to walk out from soviet union in 90s

You dont have to duplicate it from Cannis, you can make something similar or new. It's up to you I mentioned this unit like an exampleFireclaw (from Cannis mod, great vs air units, medium vs ground units. Or something other thats similar and equipped with lasers)
Why would I be adding a thing from Cannis?
EDIT: it should be said in my country suggestion ...like from Cannis mod...

since robot tank was reintroduced why not put guns on terror drones and chaos drones.. to make them more useful. if its possible though.
1. Mini machine gun - terror drone
2. Mini laser gun - Chaose drone
