What do you mean with size? The size of the object ingame or the size of the object in the apt?
You can't see the new position without testing. With a screenshot (with the right size or you must scale the screenshot) you can copy the object and so, you can see your offset, when you move the object.

look, i have the top right corner when given tx and ty, yes?
but, once i have this top right corner selected, this means i can stretch out for a long way to the right and the bottom, since i am not given a limit. thought the object is 512 by 512, so im gonna try that now

You can't stretch the object with tx and ty, this are only coordinates. The part with rotm is for stretching.
And the co-ordinate origin (tx and ty) is the top right corner.

Did the converter chrash during the converting from apt to xml? With long apts the apt2xml.exe has a problem. So the new apt could be faulty.

Thats bad, because your xml is'nt complete. You must start the application as administrator or I can send you the complete xml (but you must say for BFME, BFME II or ROTWK^^).

If you do, maybe you could upload the to T3A, and everyone would benefit.

How's that? just stuck with the two objects at the bottom. The black one where the portrait appears, and the transparent orb around the map. Can't seem to find those objects.

I think CommandBackground, CommandUI and PalantirSpectralHighlight. But its easier to move all parts of the palantir. So you must find every part :p.

If a mod wants to have 2 further All-hero-buttons for new factions, they can contact me :p

i know thi is old, but what does that have to do with apt? cant you just retexture it?
