Here are some suggestions:
Chrono Vortex Works like RA1
Strange Chrono rift that Brings in unit from another time zone (It could be good or bad, so watch out.)
Examples of this:
Mammoth MK2 from Tiberian sun (Allied with allies)
Stealth tank from Tiberian Dawn (Allied with soviets, otherwise neutral)
ORCA (Allied with Allies)
MAD tank (Allied with soviets, other wise neutral) I know this is possible, I saw it in Deezire's mod.

I'd like to see a game mode where you can build campaign-only units related to each faction. It would be a bitch to balance out but it's definitely something I'd like to see in 3.0, along with those country-specific specialties.
You mean such as the Demo buggy for the Soviets and the "that what I've shown you" for the allies?
Yeah, sounds cool, but I doubt that any good cameo's are available for all those

i think that one was fixed.i want the apocalypse tank not not slow when ramming enemy walls and on ore paths it makes me built transports for it!
Soviet should have it's own IFV! it will be fun to put desolator and tesla trooper...
oh and yeah, i want crazy ivan to be able to detonate it's bomb once the bomb is attach to building or vehicle
like you did in v2.0b because the bomb was weak and the timer also kinda slow.. so why not allow player to detonate it manually. But when the crazy ivan entered IFV, the bomb will just explode like in v2.0psi.
I used crazy ivan a lot in v2.0b.. i love the craziness

Engineers can deactivate bombs now and it would be otherwise impossible to do that. Crazy Ivan bombs are now very effective against buildings and moderate against defenses and the detonation time has been shortened.
There is no need for cheap IFV units for the Soviets because they already get the powerful originals like the Demolition Truck and the Tesla Tank. The IFV versions are more like cheap Allied knock-offs of the originals.

Umm what? It's very easy to have Ivan bombs be remotely detonated. There's a tag in general I beleive.
