Getting better, but you might notice, if you clench your fist, your hand becomes roughly the same size as the joint area between the lower and upper arm. Maybe I'm being nitpicky, but often times in RTS games it's good to slightly exaggerate smaller details so they will be noticed with a high camera height.

 

For example the Head, the hands, forearms...

Looks great. My only concern is the the center of the figure. The texture could use more "layers" of fabric so it looks crinkled etc.. Looks to "perfect" like no variation in the coloring. idk how to put it. hmm :/

Looks great. A personal preference I have when making wooden poles like yours is to exaggerate parts of the form. Make them a little more pointy, maybe add a row of vertices in the middle then shrink those a little so you get a more dynamic look. That's just preference though.
