Ohh my you are working fast . Looking great until now , I like that you keep your models low-poly (not like most of mine) , I really like the Gondor shield ,the tent texture and hoping to see something good out of the Uruk-Hai .

I'd say: Slightly shorter arms, bigger hands, head a tad bigger perhaps and further lowered on the shoulders, upper body moved slightly towards the lower body, and the waist broadened.

 

Texture looks great.

No, I'd say the mouth needs to be widened, the rest is fine.

I say , make the metal parts , more rough , used , scratched , it's a uruk-hai armor , now it's too shinny.
