What if the Devs DONT want her to be in Tesla Troop-Heavy Protection...
Personally I think it's make her look more professional, but it's up to you guys and besides, that's not necessarily the only way. Just give her a neck guard or something. Keep in mind this is RAism, not so much realism. There's ways to get around the logic of it with minimal changes to appearance. But, I'm looking from the aspect as an independent unit, rather than part of a force. Does China have any special advantages when it comes to dog killing?

Bitch please. Radiation everywhere! (without counting the Gyros)
Btw since when dogs are hard to kill?

Wrong hero for you bro. Yunru was fully designated for supporting the Chinese vehicles, including the Centurion (where she stays inside 95% of the time). If this is your excuse for "giving her dog-proof tributes", I would say that it´s a really bad one

Also, with the new tech airport, where you can build faction specific aircrafts, will Tanya's Training Grounds see the return of airport to the middle of the map? Now when I think of it...
Was that the ONLY map with allied HQ command in vanilla YR? If the answer is yes, then screw it. If not, you could place the airfields to their respective locations on older maps, on which they were replaced by tech expansion post.
Not worth the work
This is what I see when anyone misspell Fury Drone as Furry Drone
I made a youtube playlist of songs that may have inspired mission names (at least 50% is correct and seen by Speeder himself)

" - Instant Shelter price increased from $750 to $800, it requires a Radar Tower only "
Am i missing something or? Instant shelter is already available after building the radar tower only in the current version.

how about the voice changes ???

What needs a voice change? They all seem alright. The only non-original non-vanilla voice I can name of bat is the Hailfox's Chinese MiG voice for Generals, and that's actually really fiting for that unit.

I don't understand why Libra is getting a buff. She doesn't seem to have any downfalls, she's got decent range and speed to kite units, she can take down Aircraft pretty well, superb splash damage to wipe out Infantry and enough firepower to wreck light and medium armored vehicles, she's amphibious, she has clones, and an ability to knock vehicles over which destroys them (no saving throw).
She is so easy to use, she can be used in pretty much every scenario, the only thing people seem to use Libra's gravity thingy for is to sneak into player's bases and destroy their Miners with it.

The italic part (especially the bold part) makes it look like written by someone who never used Libra before. First of all, it's near impossible to flip most T3 stuff, unless they stand still in one spot, allowing you to use the deploy multiple times. It's basically T1 tank spam and miner killer, hardly anything more (unless you're like extremely lucky). Even if you deploy her, units can be easily prevented from flipping if they are moved away (and many can still attack while running away!). The deploy weapon is also unreliable, with possibility of bugging her out without actually having any effect (especially if the game is laggy, good luck deploying her successfully then). No suprise nobody uses it for killing anything but miners, because that way, when she bugs out, it doesn't mean a 100% death for her.I don't understand why Libra is getting a buff. Also, i did warn warn you here.

I do not like the buffs of Norio. He is already very annyoing with his speed and power.

So we can expect a nerf coming in the future, and then another buff even later (unless someone says enough at one point, and leaves Norio as OP/UP as he is then).Norio is a type of unit that can't deal with lots of units attacking him, but when there's nothing able to hit him at all, he can win the game in a moment. He's already been buffed and nerfed repeatedly because he's constantly either too OP or too weak. There's no middle ground with him. You can expect more repeated buffs and nerfs for him in the future, unless his weapon and his role would get totally redesigned (but then, no more fast, hard-hitting Norio).

Balancing an aerial hero is very tricky. Actually, I don't recall any flying heros in any C&C game or mod.

Actualy, a flying hero is a great idea. And Norio is indeed a bit UP compared to the rest of the heroes. You see, he has the versatility, but in turn he is very vulnerable to enemy fire.
By the way, a question about Norio: Why does he look like a naked man with wings?
Sidebar icons for normally not buildable stuff: Yuri Prime, Space Commando, Allied Jackal (obsolete), Gravitron

Naked man with wings? Where's your mind?

Norio is one of those heroes which the play has to control always in order to preserve and make use of him. This requires much attention from the player.

Wow those huge buffs will make scorpion cell tyrants a beast, superior than abrams tank. I like it. We will see if its too strong though.
