Any thoughts on a game mode where people get access to their faction's stolen techs? Would mainly be for the PVE experience.

No need...
Make a game, ally with your teammates until you reach T3. Then one at a time, un-ally one of your teammates and proceed to steal tech from them. Just make sure you don't kill any of their units during that time.
Boom. Free stolen tech.

Not sure if it will be used even if they were implemented anyways. Too much risk just to put out one type of damage

I think he's pointing out that in skirmish (PvE), you can't change allegiances mid battle. What you set up for teams is what goes for the entire battle.

- I propose a repair speed reduction for Minermites because they're too tough when in clusters and they make rushing too easy when accompanying Jackals / Tanks.
- I also propose a Repair Drone strength buff because their production rate is slow / restricted. Maybe even make 'em stealth detectors.
- I also propose Conscripts being $5000 but each time you train 1 you get 100. and they wear clown shoes which make honking noises every step. Also confetti flies everywhere when they die.

Oh boi, are we having the minermite talk?
Minermite health is really low, they need 200 more HP and a big fat nerf in repair rate. This feature is extremely exploitable. Jackal minermite is a good example but this gets really bad at late game when gold patches are depleted and foehn (HH) can use a near-unstoppable minermite blob. This is retarded because a smaller army can just roll over stronger enemies. That doesn´t make any sense.

Would there be any way to make the Instant Shelter's Battle Bunker a bit more durable and capable of being garrisoned by 8 soldiers instead of 6? ... At the moment is not possible to shelter nor at least all the soldiers of a 'paradrop' in the bunker...

I have a small change to propose for allies. My suggestion is to change the requirements for the Experimental Warpshop.
They would not require Tech Center anymore, but Airforce HQ + Mecury/Atomheart/Robot Center.
