u just pissed off a lot of people by posting EVERYWHERE, instead of sending a private email to web site admins, who would then post it normally as front page news.

You guys have gone way off the rails about this, its a good thing their doing, stop winging about their PR and live with it.

Corrupt program now requires constant reboots and does not function at all in majority of instances. Designed with a web browser component to replace AOL, it has exceeded our expectations by being more crashy and unreliable and with worse tech support. We didn't think it was physically possible! A general product recall is advised; when it does function it seems to require background processes Girl 0.1Beta to stave off further crashes. Will someone PLEASE remove that code, and insert Backbone 1.9 in its place? That's assuming we even bother to continue this prog.

HAHAHA if they did that they would go to jail in a heartbeat or at least pay a big ass fine to EA because EA owns the rights to C&C., It doesnt matter if this is a "new game" in the end it is still a mod no matter how you put it or say it and you cannot mass produce mods on cd and sell em or sell em on the internet as downloads. So if any of that happens its against copyright laws. So have fun trying to sell it. it looks good but beware of a lawsuit if you try selling it.

i personaly saw atleast one russian mod of cnc generals that was mass produced and selled in russia in pc stores but for ex-soviet countries it sent by mail.
i know the name of this mod so this is one proof to you that you arw wrong.

If you think theres gonna be money made scotch free and not getting in trouble you are totally wrong. I think he forgot to mention all the big details - EVERYTHING is being worked out that already hasnt, the only thing still in use is the game engine, which is getting an EA help there......

look, tis mavrick here from such forums as, ppm, SA anyhoo, look the mods great, gideon seems to be a better programmer modder than all of you, the fact is, who are you lot to contradict his mod, when you clearly couldn't do any better.. the whole point of the CnC storyline is it's confusing, everyone views it in their own way making it unique to everyone.

i agree with the guest, the storyline is made mostly for 1 reason i beleave:
it was suppoesd to be the reason for cnc series to succed and so it did.

Unless you have proof you have the engine or EA support can you please just call it a mod. Calling things a new game is so bloody n00bish ¬_¬

cd is currently a mod or tc but things could chenge in he future and then it can be a game.
