And the Redsand Archers look good, if not better. Harad could use something like them.
...The Journey doesn't end here; death is just another path, one that we all must take. The grey rain curtain of this world rolls back, and all turns to silver glass. And then you see it. White shores...and beyond. A far green country, under a swift sunrise...
...Many folk like to know beforehand what is to be set on the table; but those who have laboured to prepare the feast like to keep their secret; for wonder makes the words of praise louder...
...Stand, Men of the West! Stand and wait! This is the hour of doom... ~ Gandalf the White, The Return of the King

Umbar: based around large armies of tough, expensive infantry, best used for late game final attacks
coarsairs: agile, hard hiting warriors armed with long daggers
Umbar crossbow: small long ranged balista, decent against buildings, but best against infantry
captain's gaurd: elite, verastile coarsairs armed with cutlases and bows, possibly wall scalers
Khand: based around fast raiding cavalry best used for riding down infantry units throughout the game
variag riders: fast cavalry armed with long poleaxe sorta weapons
Varaig warlords: mounted beserker type units with leadership
Far Harad: based around medium sised, cheap, unique infantry forces good for brutal, almost suicide attacks
Half troll: single large beserker shock troop, armed with clublike weapons
Tribal wild men: large unit of fast, no armored warriors, clothed in various animal skins and armed with bows and strange axelike weapons

hdh7, your unit suggestions for the harad minifactions were interesting, but just a couple of words: I don't mind the Variags being dispesible cavalry, but harad has plenty of cavalry already. But where did the spearmen go??

That is pretty much what the coasairs are. They would probably have low armor, high damage, but more likely higher health to keep them from dying too soon
