Barrow Wights for Angmar would be very cool. Instead of calling their building a "Barrow Wight Lair" why not call it a Barrow Tomb?

@Ithron: You still haven't told me what parts of my Mordor brainstorm you're taking

The old world will burn in the fires of industry! The forests will fall! A new order will rise...we will drive the machine of war with the sword and the spear and the iron fist of the Orc! We have only to remove those who oppose us...

Thanks:)

Angmar should get Barrow Wights as a recruitable horde(maybe with their speed increased slightly)

Servant of Sauron, check the topic called "I'm Back" to see the new Mordor unit list.

Angmar will get White Wolves as an additional cavalry unit, and they are stronger than Dire Wolves.

I don't know about the Barrow Wights for Angmar, they already have two new structures and I probably won't be adding a third one :)

IMPORTANT: Could someone post their ideas about some new units for Isengard and Angmar? Those ideas are needed.

Barrow-wights should come from the temple of twighlight... WK had lots of evil spirits under his command, you could probably use your imagination with that (not quite to the extent of GW though :) )

Isengard should have ruffians and orc-men... Those would be interesting to see... I would also like to see Bill Ferny in the mod somehow...

Dwarves should have Beornings *hint to self*

What two new structures does Angmar have? Mewlip Swamp and what else? Dark Tent?

Angmar has Mewlip Swamp and Lair of Dragons. I might put some Barrow Wights to Angmar, but we'll see...

Isengard already has Half-Orcs in my mod, but I will definitely add Ruffians :p

Any more ideas?

how about a smaller version of the worm hero for Angmar from the layer of dragons... A structure that only builds one creature is kinda boring :p

I have some suggestions for Isengard:

1. Lore wise Half-Orcs and Wildmen should form up the bulk of Saruman's army and the Uruk-hai should be very elite. Increase the cost of the Uruk Pit so that it is more a mid-game building. Then decrease the cost of the Clan Steading to slightly higher than the Uruk Pit (400 resources perhaps). Make the Half-Orc Spearmen cheaper(maybe 350 resources, maybe a little less). Increase the Uruk Pit's cost and make the Uruk units a bit more elite.

2. Add Half-Orc Axemen as a lightly armoured unit that is fast and does lots of damage but is weak and susceptible to archer fire.

3. Dump Draughlin(a hero that died in the first age doesn't really make sense)and add Ugluk, who should be a mid game melee tank hero. If you need help I could come up with a brainstorm of powers for Ugluk.

4. Make Saruman Isengard's ring hero. Each ring hero costs 10, 000. Make an upgrade available to Saruman that costs 7, 000 (because he costs 3, 000)after the ring is found. The ring should increase his health and damage and allow him to do powerful (Sauron style) knockback attacks, but not do as much damage as Sauron's. Make all of his magic recharge 50% faster aswell.

The old world will burn in the fires of industry! The forests will fall! A new order will rise...we will drive the machine of war with the sword and the spear and the iron fist of the Orc! We have only to remove those who oppose us...

Lore wise men are stronger than Uruks. The battering ram was wielded by men, not orcs/uruks.

I'd personally (ignoring the films) have it like this:

Orcs - Spammable and crap infantry.
Uruks - Slightly more specialist infantry, quite well armoured.
Men - High damage/health, although poor armour.

I like your other ideas though, although I have to say I was shocked when you suggested adding Ugluk. I just naturally assumed he'd be the first Isengard hero everyone would add.

Playing games? Ah, you'll never be a good modder if you get involved in actually playing them!

What about having Draugluin as a summonable hero for Isengard? Saruman won't become the ringhero because I don't want to remove their current ringhero, Black Eagle...

Isengard already has Orcs of Lugburz, and I could add some Goblin Archers to them. Ugluk will be added to Isengard, and he will be a mid-game hero as suggested.

I would swap Dunland Axethrowers for Dunland Archers as it is more in line with the lore. Other than that what about having the Wildmen as early game? What about swapping summon dragon with summon Draughlin...ah, that would be cool!

This is off topic but how does one change the line above the project/hosted bar? (ie.Ithron has Master of the East)

You'd swap axethrowers for archers for lore's sake, but you'd have Draugluin summonable?

Clash.

Hell, they have the Blarog summonable! Dragons too(even though most of both of those races died with the defeat of Morgoth).

Powers are all more or less against the lore, lore need not apply to powers ;)
