oh, and will goblins and orcs cost less CP eventually? Like 40 a piece, same for their archers and pikemen.

oh, and maybe the orc pikes could be like the goblin pikes and have 20 battalion members. The mass gobs is beastly.
Oh, and raiders have only 15 members.

HARADRIM LANCERS!!!!
Lancers don't really work like pikes do. These lancers are very weak, but from a distance they are very good against monsters and cavalry. They could be level 1 haradrim palace, easterlings level 2, and archers level 3. Here's the code for them:
Command_ConstructMordorHaradrimLancerHordeInn
I just added them to the haradrim palace command set (on regular bfme2) and they were there. Good non-upgradable fodder unit, if you ask me.

As for the Cosairs, maybe they can board any ships(like they would a transport)and give it speed, damage, and armor bonuses.
After all, they're bloody pirates....
Never come between a Capn and his..uh..AstroSponge? No, no...Never come between a CapnAstro and his Sponge! Uh.....this doesn't work as well as the other guys names..
