Pros:
-Unit size (Mumakil, Ents, Giants)
-Prices
-Resource production
-Nine fellbeast
-Strong buildings
Cons:
-No point in adding new units
-Units are pointless (except siege)
-Heroes are over powered
-Arrow towers are overpowered but just a little. Make them have a little less health and faster build speeds
-Eagles for every good faction
-Rohan (I mean come one, what the hell is the point of taking one faction and cutting it in half, complicating things by 1000 just to get the same exact thing? Just add a few buildings to Men of the West and thats it)
-There are definetly a few others that I just can't remember.
So basically, my suggestion is that you put a few things back the way they were.

Wow you said a lot...............Okay Nazgul, there are a few things that truly dissappointed me about SEE. You say this mod is in dedication to Peter Jackson...in his film, Boromir died after getting shot three times, not three million. In other words, make the heroes at least a bit weaker. Second, make units spawn faster. Mordor attacks with legions of units, not two battalions. I like the high building strength that requires siege weapons to break and I love the idea of nine fellbeasts flying around. But I get pissed off because the only thing in your mod that matters is the heroes. Units have become worthless. Not only that, but when you do finally get units, you figure out that the only thing they can really do damage to is other units and there is no point in killing other units because those units aren't a threat. Here is a list of general pros and cons:

So basically, my suggestion is that you put a few things back the way they were.
Boromir like all heros needs to take a lot of damage if they died
from three arrows it would be like paying 2000 or whatever reascources for a person that gives exp
and leadership but dies quicker then a cheap unit.
Units are not pointless otherwise your seige weps would die very quickly
Heros overpowered? they seem to die pretty quickly to me.......
Arrow towers need high health i mean men/whatever faction soldiers cannot take down stone towers with arrows and pikes.
The eagles are there to make it harder for the evil peeps to dominate the game with their flying beasties
and everyone getting loads of archers......then getting them wiped out.
Rohan rules its not quite as practical as it will be but go and read the to do list and you will see whats gonna happen to rohan.

Really? Pissed off ey? Hey - my suggestion is you piss off and play another mod?
Seriously: Don't EVER disrespect me, the team or the mod but saying something like that! "I get pissed off" blabla... WTF? That is NOT constructive critisism - that is just plain rude and VERY bold. I don't give a SHIT if you like the mod or not, not until you learn some manners. Do you have any IDEA how much work is put into this? I've worked 24/7 on this mod for 4-5 months and now Sûlherokhh is doing the same... We do the mod for US, and all who might like it - not for single individuals. We can't make a mod that will please EVERYONE, and I will certainly not make changes just to please you? What are you thinking? I mean, come on... Show some respect, and then we listen...

And, pardon by returning to this subject, but did you made any required upgrade for the Miners and the Peasants? Just to know, because the Dwarves could be a little overpowered having the miners since the beginning of the game and MotW only when pay 4000 to build the Hall.

The fact is I want you to have a good mod but I get really annoyed because of the slow production rate. If my previous comments don't mean anything, then fine. If the units aren't going to come out quicker, than at least make the heroes take longer to spawn. I guess there's no point in repeating my other comments. Sorry for the rudeness, didn't mean to upset you.

Anyone knows if the guy from the Four Ages still work in that mod? Because I think you should invite him to join the SEE crew, he had done some crazy stuff in that mod. How I wish I could model...

Yes, that mod is still WiP. He would be very welcome, but I'm pretty sure he has no interest in SEE what so ever. I wish him the best of luck with his mod though, and indeed it has some very cool models...
Peasants wont be recruitable from the farms until Rohan Golden Hall is built =)
For Dwarven Miners we will have some similar thing with Dwarven Mithril Mine =)

How about instead of those kinda stupid looking banner carriers
when a unit lvs up they get a captain.(kinda mini hero like +50% of the normal units health)

are you going to change the time to build units(it take's sooooo long) and the buildings have to much health ( I just played and it took me 15 min to destroy their fortress really)

Then we could add the captain in the same way the banner carrier is usually added, at level 2.
That would necessitate revising almost all horde objects and modeling additional captains, which would be taking over the usual job of a banner carrier.
That would be about 5 to 10 additional models, unless we'd just use existing models with different textures, plus the object coding.
If this could be done nicely, i'd be all for it.
