Not necessary good meat, but they need to eat..
There's no leads anywhere that goblins are allied with spiders, and I would find it silly if they were allied...
I mean, Shelob wasn't even allied with Sauron... And they're neighbors..
Goblins and spiders aren't living that close to each other
Yes, I know... distance between each other isn't a major plot in an alliance, but still

While I agree with lauri, 'goblins' is more of a wild faction, so I think spiderlings should be included with the rest of the monsters and villains.

Other than that, I don't think there are any differences
Wargs are wolves, simple as.. no crossbreeding, just... slight difference
