the only thing im not sure is that 50% to catapult attack speed, and dmg, thats some hefty siege roling down there, but eventually it would suit angmar, as stoner throwers though weak, are easy to spam.
"From this seal shall arise the doom of men,"
"who, in their arrogance, sought to wield our fire as their own."
"Blindly they build their kingdoms upon stolen knowledge and conceit."
"Now they shall be consumed by the very flame they sought to control."
"Let the echoes of doom resound across this wretched world, that all who live may hear them and despair."
"Tremble, mortals, and despair! Doom has come to this world!"

I like the idea of having a siege weapon leadership. I honestly do but in this case I think that it should either be; a leadership completely devoted to units or a leadership completely devoted to siege weapons. The percentages also need to be looked at.... I would also like to see a siege-weapon leadership used in the Dwarves because I think that it would suit them well.
Once again I think that Tar (I am not spelling out his full name either!) is what Angmar needs right now.
P.S: I now know what a Balrog bleeds!
I hope I didn't start anything up again, with that comment^^. If it's only going to stir up emotions, ignore it or PM me and I'll edit it out....

Yeah, well... That one there was quite offensiveoooo yeah Lauri thats the spirit girl. Finally some fine offense.
Well, then say so I've never thought about if the Balrog has magma or blood as.. blood (Seriously doubt it's magma though) I still think it's a silly idea with a weapon out of somethings blood, but at least you have backed up your reason, which is good Well, since it's valid reasons So yeah, thing done with and dealt with, we're through on that part..its just, that balrog has something like magma instead of blood ( if the movie balrog, is like the book balrogs ), and when magma cools down ( thought its lava after it gets on the surface ), it creates obsidian. The whole idea was that to create powerfull cursed weapon.
And yes, mike's idea is quite nice.. Yet, The Puppet-Master seems like an OP power... 30% speed increase is very fast for troops, and screws up the anims... The siege part is okay though, if not a tad OP aswell with 50%

As for the leadership buffs, feel free to change them as needed. I just thought that'd be a good, unique leadership effect.

For his last power, perhaps making people around him invincible or something or a big debuff for enemies would work. IDK, but something along those lines would be better than another barrage or arrow volley imo and would really add to his role as a late-game leadership hero.

of course when o rock of that size hits you, you are dead, but i mean in the terms of gameplay the siege tipe should be weaker against units.
