how about a map with you and other players' bases in a circle, and when the game timer hits 5 minutes a wave of 2 lashers, 2 rhinos, and 2 grizzleys, followed by 4 IFV's, 4 Gattling tanks, and 4 flactraks, then 1 Apoc, Master mind, and a battle fortress with a gaurdian GI and four GI's. And then a formidable wave of Infantry from all factions. These waves ar coppied and sent at the other players as well. :p

I have a few ideas.

1. How about a Chrono Tank like in Red Alert 1? With the missile launcher and the deploy telephoning that needs to re charge. Especially since you can deploy multiple units at a time by hitting d. Would that work? (I got the idea that it will from the Iron Fist.)

2. Can the Epsilon get a reinforcement support weapon? It might be cheap with the Grinder, so maybe they could give less money when grinded like mutated brutes.

3. Is there a possibility of a mind control ship, or would it be too cheap. If so, I don't want it bad, i just thought it was weird that there was none.

4. What about a chrono eraser ship? Would that be too cheap?

Please tell me what you think.

Chrono Tank and Chrono Eraser tank are in the game. I won't say where you can find them or how to get them. You'll have to find out yourself when 3.0 is done. :p

I never asked about the Chrono Eraser tank, I asked about a naval Chrono Eraser unit. What about my other suggestions?

I know you asked for a naval unit. But I doubt if that will be implemented. Same goes for a mind control ship, there are other ways you can do that. Reinforcements support for Epsilon is indeed imbalanced with the Grinder. The only way to do that is to make the infantry/vehicle have a very low soylent value.

But here's an easier way to gain cash with Epsilon:

1. Build Adepts
2. Mind control enemy units
3. ????
4. PROFIT!

Yeah, let's see how your buddies allow you to mind control their own units. :rolleyes:

As for AI play - it doesn't matter that much, so yeah. Luckily, you won't be able to capture their buildings with the Emperor anymore.

I was talking about the AI. And you can capture there buildings with an Emperor? Why did I not think of that?

I have more ideas.

1. Could Foresight be an option on the skirmish menu like super weapons and Multi-Engineer? You know, to explore maps in other modes like naval war?

2. Could lost colony please have more maps?

3. Is it possible to get tints to stat elite if, say as China you infiltrated a barracks you conscripts started elite? If that would be too cheep, I would understand.

4. Could units that start as veterans for a country start out with the cameo from after you infiltrate a building?

It might not be possible at present but I can still see it as a future "possibility".

The Ares team are working on a tunnel network like in Generals/Nydus Canal in SC, the new building spawning power would be perfect in this regard!

It might not be possible at present but I can still see it as a future "possibility".


I didn´t get what you tried to say with "future possibility", but if you want a vehicle that explodes, here is some tips:
*Demo Truck
*Demo Buggy (from creates)
*With a Crazy Ivan you can to place a time bomb in one of your vehicles and use it as a suicide unit.
*The last one with Adepts: Mind control your enemy, put a time demo charge at him and send him to the enemy´s base.
P.S.: The last one works with civilian units, too (so here is your so wanted civilian demo car)
P.S.(2): Don´t comment about this becoz Speeder hates when a important article become offtopic :rolleyes:

Mental Omega and all other mods you'll find on this site neither support cracked CD's or work with them. Go buy the CD!

howsabout a few maps and/or missions with a few neutral, no driver vehicles that infantry can capture eh?

maybe there can be boats that dock at land for a small period of time, that lets you transport infantry and possibly even vehicles across the battle field to a different dock. :p

About 4, Ares already does that? Is there a list of features it has? As with 3, that would be cheep if possible.
