Unholy Alliance should be in the Skirmish, or it will be. Speeder will have to varify that.

What would the Soviets do without AA Defence?

I don't think the increased time for certain powerplants is possible, but Speeder will have to verify that

What's wrong with powertoggle as a "superweapon"? All it means is, instead of clicking a tiny button, you click a cameo on the sidebar.

AFAIK, only multiplayer Unholy gives the player 3 MCVs.

How about letting Epsilon have a unit such as crazy ivan or seal/tanya that can destroy bridges and/or buildings. I hate having to wait for lashers to destroy the bridge, just to let it get repaired AGAIN.

Well with custom bombs how about a "infector" style unit that has explosive bombs for bridges and buildings but throws chemical bombs against infantry? I don't know, just throwing something out there.

Prhaps make the Infector Open Topped allow 1 infantry in to aid him in Promotoin (no longer need to go crate hunting with it)

Well considering it's a starting promoted unit for a country and has veteran/elite abilities coded in the rulesmd.ini..

But yeah, could be that it shouldn't be promoted at all.

Introduce the Epsilon with new air unit. A unique bomber where it throws a bomb that does not-so-heavy damage (affect in a considerable radius) that will cause units to experience anti-gravity. The units may float and move randomly for a period of time so that there will be a chance for them to collapse upon buildings or other units. But when it is used on building, it just does damage.

First off, I want to see Serbia country for Soviets in mod. You are using all time tesla variations Tesla Tank, tesla Coil, tesla Ivan, Tesla adept, Tesla Commando, and tesla weaponry, but you forgot that one of the most important scientists in the World, Nikola Tesla is Serbian. Also, you should bring him into storyline. As Allies have Einstein, Epsilon has Yuri, also Soviets should have Tesla as their main scientist. If you keep also veteran starting units per special country, then this country should have veteran Tesla Coils, Veteran Shock Trooper. its awesome idea to add Tesla Bomber plane, the most heavy bomber which drops bomb with electric effects.
But, maybe its awesome idea to add Yugoslavia instead of just Serbia. because in past in Yugoslavia were few today's countries united: Slovenia, Croatia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Serbia, Montenegro and Macedonia.
If you add ,,modern" Yugoslavia, probably more fans from those countries will play your mod which can be helpful lot.
Also, you cannot allow Allies to control whole Europe. Left half Europe should control Allies, via Germany, Great Britain, and probably you should add Italy, and right half Europe should control Soviets via Russia and Yugoslavia or Serbia.
Italy is alsready wolrd superpower, I wonder why they are not with Allies here.

The soviets need to have a stealth unit also such as the shadow tanks and defenders.

Defender is removed from skirmish games. Stealth is epsilon-specific.

Just a little note on Serbia, I know for sure that that Tesla Bomber idea was used for a Serbia (or maybe Ukraine) country in another mod.

Lower the difficulty ALOT.

I like this mod,but the difficult is extremely hard...even in easy I lose...

That's only what I want...lover the difficult...only that... :l

Easy is easy compared to expert, really

It has already been lowered enough IMO
