Salvateur Tower
Cost: 1000$
Prerequisite: Soviet Battle Lab
Power: -100/-150
Weapon: "Salvateur" Nanite Field
Biography:
Like all other factions, the Soviets like to show off their latest technology achievement. And this time, their achievement might take them away from the title of the faction with the worst overall technology level. The Salvateur itself is not an original technology, though. Soviets apparently had retrieved the blueprints of it from an Allied research facility located in Japan. The blueprints showed the design of extremely small robots called "nanites" that can be used to extract minerals from a matter and convert them into ore. And through the nanites, raw materials could be converted into fresh ore. However, the design itself wasn't exactly perfect. Invoking a total conversion of a material proved impossible, as the nanites often left human bodies, gas tanks and other junks on the battlefield. As when the Soviets started testing the prototype of the weapon, they realized the reason the Allies had left it in the blueprints: the nanites had proven impossible to direct, they would fly out of the gunhose and travel aimlessly into everywhere, leeching on everything it touches and returning to the gunhose. Although it was functional, it was impossible to direct it.
Deciding to not abandon the project when it flopped the first time, the Soviets had decided to change the process of delivering the nanites. Instead of spraying it on a single target, they decided to conjure an invisible dome out of them, leeching matters that entered it. But however, instead of having to eat anything and convert anything, the scientists had programmed an A.I on the nanites through their advanced cybernetic software. The nanites were programmed to leech materials from vehicles that enter the dome. However, implementing an A.I that distinguishes friends and foes had proven impossible on a nanite. And instead of that, they had designed a more economical targeting system. The nanites would extract valuable materials from vehicles that were recently destroyed, friend or foe. That way, the Soviets would benefit from destroying enemy vehicles and get a refund from losing their own vehicles when they are inside the dome. The amount of ore that is worth a dollar when extracted from a destroyed vehicle is usually 25% of their price tag, making up a fair business for the Soviets. The weapon was named Salvateur as a homage to the original Allied blueprint that was named the same.

Psychic Towers.... I don't get your point, personally I favor Railgun ones.
Well, that's the point of Meteor Swarm... tho economy changed a lot between MO 2.0 and 3.0 already.
And we're glad to read further thoughts of yours.

Ekatrina Missile Sub (replaces Dreadnought)
Cost: 2000$
Prerequisite: Soviet Naval Shipyard, Battle Lab
Weapon: Monsoon MLRS
Armor: Heavy
Role: Siege, Suppression, Ambush
Biography: The Ekatrina is the envisioning of the perfect capital ship. The Dreadnought was an incredible vessel, but it's missiles were easily disrupted by anti-air and it couldn't fit in more roles. The Russian created the Ekatrina Submarine as a successor to the dated Dreadnought. Apparently a remake of an even older design, the Ekatrina is armed with the Monsoon MLRS, that can rapidly strike at both shore and sea targets. The MLRS is effective against armor and buildings, but infantry is almost literally immune to it. The Ekatrina missiles have shorter range that Dreadnought due to the weaker warhead, but the massive numbers of small missiles can assure the destruction and the accuracy the Dreadnought cannot bring in the short time the Ekatrina can. The Ekatrina is not officially introduced to the Chinese Republic and the Latin Confederation at the moment, thus the submarine is exclusive to Russia only.
European Tier 3 Siege Vessel:
Gideon Chronocruiser (replaces Aircraft Carrier or Battleship)
Cost: 2000$
Prerequisite: Allied Naval Shipyard, Tech Center
Weapon: Drop-off Chronosphere
Armor: Heavy
Role: Siege
Biography: Something cool here. The Chronocruiser is a very interesting concept for a siege vessel. The Chronocruiser activates it's on-board Chronosphere to create a portal above a designated area. And from that portal, a multitude of artillery shells are dropped. The shells are numerous, and are effective against anything it makes contact with. Because of the chrono mechanism, the Chronocruiser is much more accurate than the Battleship in terms of shell-lobbing. However, the primary weakness of the Chronocruiser is that the Chronosphere takes a rather long time to charge, leaving the Chronocruiser open for fire from enemy units. So protect this ship well. The ship is named after the person who first had the idea of the Chronocruiser, Gideon Grapes.

"Fairy" Psychic Infantry
When Allied spies managed to infiltrate a large Yuri cloning facility located in Marocco, they found an abandoned prototype female specimen for a new infantry unit. It was undoubtedly designed to be a much smarter version of the brute, and though they partially succeeded, they failed as it lost the strength and muscles the Yuri Brutes are known for. Her body showed traces of torture, showing that Yuri's servants were cruel to her as they were trying to get her abilities to function correctly.
However, the spies decided to capture her and transported her to the mainland of Europe for testing. The spies also took some training schemes for Adepts and Magnetron crew members with them as they stumbled upon them.
When she was awakened and recovered, it proved quickly that she was still fast and could keep up with the dogs, and had some psychic abilities, however, she needed training in how to use them. More infiltration missions were set up, and she herself was cloned several times in a secret facility.
After a while, she proved to be nowhere near as strong as the new PsiCorps commando or even an Yuri Adept, but instead of a powerful telekinesis or mind control, she has the ability to control electricity, which makes her a decent threat. How she does it, was not known for a long time but the Allieds managed to reproduce it after some testing in captured Yuri facilities. Researching their brains proved that this works similarly to telekinesis though, and indeed, after the end of their training, most of them know a weak form of telekinesis. Despite her telekinetic outburst is powerful enough to smash soldiers skywards, she cannot lift herself for a sustained time, and as she cannot swim either, she is restricted to movement on land.
A training scheme was developed, and this training for the "recruits" ended up being short but intense, but the time it took could be reduced to an incredible minimum of only three weeks.
And like as it was the case Brutes, it was commonly known these soldiers were genetically modified, especially after the EA decided to share the knowledge of training those soldiers with other Allied countries.
During combat, another few nifty things came around to the surprise of both Allied and Yuri commanders; psychic blasts from Adepts proved completely ineffective, not causing the slightest harm to these creatures, who, due to the lack of a proper name and the fact their presence increased the morale of the soldiers around her as their presence slowly healed other soldiers around them, were dubbed "Fairy" in Allied ranks, even before an official name was spread out, and therefore it was decided to make that the official name as well, especially as it fitted their reputation in Allied countries nicely.
There was also an incident when an American commander feared these units because he misidentified them as enemies, and called a Mercury Strike, but the Mercury strike failed miserably, leaving only minor wounds on them, as their psychic defense warded off most of the heat.
Primary Weapon: Lightning Bolt
Summons a powerful lightning attack from between her hands. Effective against most sorts of armor, it isn't as good against defensive emplacements and concrete armor like Runways or Construction Yards have. However, unlike Tesla weaponry, she can target aircraft and this weapon is very effective against them.
Secondary Weapon: Charge
Charges up Tesla Coils.
Deploy Weapon: Telekinetic Shockwave
Smashes infantry skywards and deals major damage to them, and also some minor damage to vehicles. However, it has a fairly short range (shorter than Libra or Adepts), which doesn't make it that effective and it is completely worthless when compared with Libra's telekinetic outburst. Still, it can prove to be useful against Terrordrones though, if timed well, as those are destroyed in one hit.
Country: All Allies
Cost: High
Prerequisites: Allied Barracks, infiltrate Cloning Vats
Speed: Fast (around 9)
Armor: Psychic (similar to Flak/Plate, but this to prevent psyblasts from working and to weaken heat-related weapons)
Strength: Medium
Note: Immune to mind control. She also slowly heals infantry units in a one-tile radius around her.
However, though this effect stacks, it doesn't go fast enough to make it impossible to overcome it even in the case of huge numbers.

The Allies had enough of submarines patrolling their waters while having no Destroyers and other anti-submarine weaponry at hand even though they had large land-bases and forces around. Therefore, they decided to use the Osprey VTOL like used on the destroyer, so in the case a submarine gets detected by a Robot Tank, it will be possible to engage and destroy them. However, the Osprey planes were a bit too expensive for only an anti-submarine defense, so their depth-charges are modified to explode in contact with other sorts of surface as well, making it a general purpose defense. The building is also equipped with a small sonar/stealth detection system, which is capable of detecting submarines and stealth units nearby.
However, unlike other base defenses, they only act on manual command.
After the Allies, the Soviets and Epsilon came quickly with a defense with more or less the same functioning after noting the usability of the Allied defense, The Soviets sacrificed range and firepower but made it easier to use, equipping it with a missile launcher which can target everything including submarines, and Yuri equipped it with a sort of toxic pulse, forcing all submarines in the vincinity to surface and dealing quite a bit of damage to infantry. Useless against heavy armor though.
Allegiance: All

We can't provide, nor do we condone, Nocd patches. Mental Omega 3.0 will be standalone however.
Unfortunately, there is nothing we can do about your problem. NPatch directly modifies the game's exe, and does not take any unofficial patches into consideration, which means that the patch can mess up NPatch and vice versa. You'll have to choose which one you want.

well i guess i can wait for 3.0.......but you do realize that all units and structures explode on start in cracked versions of most(98%) C&C games, including RA2 YR, right?
so a nocd patch would not be a problem for you.

Allegiance: Epsilon
Faction: Scorpion Cell
Tier: 2
Cost: 800
Role: Support Unit
Berserker Drone - The Berserker Drone is a new development on Epsilon's Chemical Research. Unlike the Chaos Drone the Berserker Drone acts as a support unit which instead of releasing harmful hallucinogenics releases powerful enhancement drugs. These drugs apply a slight poison (-20 HP in 900 Frames) on those affected but they gain an increase in attack power and rate of fire (+10 Damage & -20 ROF) while under the influence.

so I still insist on a single "engineer drop" for every soviet countries every 4 minutes would be really great
You're saying you are an experienced player and yet you suggest something like this? There will be plenty of weapons with toxic death and Virus is no longer a standard Epsilon unit. One of the tanks spawns poison clouds actively all the time. We don't want MO3.0 to be YR with something, it will have plenty of new feature and tactics and that's what we're going to stick to.
