Well, I did got a lot of unreleased info just from being on the IRC, but I'm not gonna be an ass and post everything i got here. Instead, I'll post some more stuff that stroke me during a brainstorm in the last 24 hours:

Soviet Long Range Defensive Structure:

Spontanor Tesla Artillery
Cost: 2500$
Prerequisite: Soviet Battle Lab
Weapon: Spontanor Coil
Power: -200
Role: High-Tech Defense
Biography:
A large towering structure with a single large Tesla coil and 4 smaller coils spinning around it. A giant leap forward in the Soviet scientific research. Due to it's tallness, Spontanor has a massive range, and due to the weapon being of Tesla origin, it can fire over walls, ledges and mountains with perfect accuracy. But that's not it, It's most unique feature is the red colored lightning it fires called the Iron Lightning. The Iron Lightning is created through splitting an atom that is exposed to Iron energy. The Iron Lightning can induce an atomic decompositions on the matter it has contacted with, generating extreme amount of radiation. If a vehicle gets hit by the Iron Lightning, it will take an absurd amount of damage and will leak radiation over the area it was present. If the lightning fully destroys an object, the object will unleash a nuclear explosion that will seriously damage anything near it. So far, the project is still immobile and various experiments to mobilize it has been conducted, but any of them is yet to reach success. But still, this towering red behemoth is something you should always fear when you are in a high-tech Soviet base.

Soviet Supportive Defense Structure:

Iron Barrier
Cost: 1500$
Prerequisite: Soviet Battle Lab
Weapon: Iron Shield Generator
Power: -150
Role: High-Tech Defense
Biography:
Iron Barriers are tall towers that generate a wide dome of Iron energy around itself. The dome protects the interior from outside objects that approach with high velocity, including bullets, missiles, shells, jet aircrafts and directed energy. The inside is literally protected from any harm that comes from the outside of the dome. But objects with slower velocity can easily enter the dome without much harm, including foot soldiers and vehicles. The Soviets have developed this barrier to counter enemy artillery positions and airstrikes from damaging their bases. The Barrier is essentially useful when built near a Nuclear Reactor, as aircrafts and artillery tend to fire at Nuclear Reactors first to cause higher destruction.

Chinese Tier 3 Zeppelin:

Yuan Airship(replaces Kirov Airship)
Cost: 2000$
Prerequisite: Soviet Battle Lab
Weapon: 6 BedI Combat Drones
Range: Long
Armor: Heavy
Speed: Slow
Role: Assault
Biography:
The Yuan is a zeppelin similar to the Kirov, but instead of dropping bombs that literally eradicate bases from the face of the Earth, it releases artificially intelligent drones that strike out at all hostiles. The Yuan had replaced the Kirov for the Chinese, because the Kirov felt useless due to the already strong siege capabilities of the Centurion. Instead of having a bulky siege aircraft, they decided to make a bulky assault aircraft. The Yuan carries 6 pads for it's weapon, the BedI drones. The The BedI drones are armed with special flak cannons that can pierce through any metal with little resistance. Although, the drones carry 5 shells for the flak cannons, they can go back to the Yuan to reload their weapon. The flak cannons are strong as they can mow down aircrafts and hunt down vehicles and infantry. But the flak cannons tend to have little use against buildings.

Russian Tier 3 Utility Vehicle:

Basilisk Tank
Cost: 1500$
Prerequisite: Soviet Battle Lab
Weapon: OCB (Obsidian Conversion Beam)
Range: Medium
Armor: Medium
Speed: Medium
Role: Conversion
Biography:
Reminiscent of the mythical beast called Basilisk that turns every creature that looks at it's eyes into stone, the Basilisk Tank turns all objects that it fires it's weapon at into a solid black substance called Combustive Obsidian or just Obsidian. The way the Obsidian Conversion Beam works is like this, the OCB fires it's black beam at a target and focuses on it until it is permanently turned into an Obsidian. The conversion roughly takes 10 second for vehicle and 4 seconds for infantry. The object that is being converted doesn't get any effect while under the effect of the OCB's focus, and is spontaneously converted when the time finishes.

So, what's with this Obsidian? The Obsidian is a very reactive material as the slightest contact can blow it up into a million pieces, causing extensive damage to everything near it. Whenever the obsidian gets in contact with a projectile or a unit, it will instantly blow up, taking almost everything nearby. The Obsidian will also blow up if it stays untouched for too long. Please note that the conversion does not work on buildings and the Basilisk Tank itself cannot detonate Obsidian.

PsiCorps Tier 2 Vehicle:

Phobia Droid(replaces Shadow Tank)
Cost: 1200$
Prerequisite: Epsilon Radar Dome
Weapon: Dual "Razor" Railguns, Psychic Phobia Generator
Armor: Medium
Range: Short
Speed: Fast(Hovercraft)
Role: Anti-Infantry, Anti-Armor, Harassment
Biography:
The PsiCorps likes to show off their latest applications of the psychic technology as soon as possible. Their latest unit, the Phobia Droid, is either a massive stroke of brilliance or an absolute waste of money and time. The Phobia is AI-controlled, programmed by the Epsilon ABP. It's movement is hovercraft, meaning it can traverse both land and water. It's primary weapons are it's dual railguns. The Phobia manually strikes at a target with only one of it's railguns while the other railgun automatically finds a target for itself to fire. If there are no other targets available for the other railgun to fire, it will proceed to fire the target it's counterpart is firing at. The railguns are effective against both infantry and vehicles, but it's short range can reduce it's effectiveness. But it's sidearm, the Psychic Phobia Generator is what makes the Phobia Drone so satisfying to use. The PPG can induce a psychic field around itself that infect the minds of enemy personnels, infecting them with their worst nightmares. The units infected with the fear can lose their concentration, causing them to move and attack much more slowly. The field takes over an area farther than it's gun range, allowing them to catch up with targets easily. Due to the fact that the weapon is psychic-based, it does not work against robotic units.

Headquarters Tier 3 Heavy Assault Unit:

Firestarter(replaces Master Mind)
Cost: 2000$
Prerequisite: Epsilon Research Lab
Weapon: PCD (Pyrokinetic Combustion Device)
Armor: Heavy
Range: Medium
Speed: Medium
Role: Anti-Infantry, Anti-Armor, Crowd Control
Biography:
The Firestarter replaces the Master Mind as the heavy assault unit of the Epsilon HQ. It's weapon is focused on a branch of psychic technology that is used widely but barely researched: Pyrokinesis. Pyrokinesis is the ability Initiates use as their primary weapon. The Firestarter's Pyrokinetic Combustion Device is a large device mounted on the Firestarter fueled by a largely unknown type of a fuel called Neuron Gel. The PCD works by focusing a large amount of psychic energy on a single target, creating a flame from it, similar to how Initiate uses it's weapon. But the fire generated by the Firestarter is much more unique, as the fire stays on the target for a long time and it lashes out to other nearby objects, causing damage to units near the blazed object. The raw damage from the blaze isn't very high, but the damage caused from the lashes from the result of the pyrokinesis can deal extreme damage to all that is near.

I wanted to say thanks again for looking over some of my odd concepts. I think these will be my final set of ideas unless, I have another major epiphany. These are two really strange ideas I had the other day; probably got these in way latter then I wanted. Warning I highly doubt these idea are even feasible. I did have another hero unit for epsilon that had rather interesting game play style, but it looks like you’re done with the hero units. It was along the lines of the serial killer character Sylar from the TV show Heroes.

The first one is a new Allied tank:

Whirlwind Tank
Cost: $1800
Prerequisite: Allied War Factory, Allied Tech Center
Weapon: Sonic & Air Density Controller – Artificial Cyclone Device
Armor: Light
Purpose: Anti-Armor

Description:
This light weight tank can create a medium sized twister that can quite literally break down enemy armor and structures to rubble. To get the best results from this tank you need to get as you close as can to your target for maximum amount of carnage. As the twister moves away from the tank it start to loose its momentum and quickly dissipates into thin air. It does little damage to infantry since the sonic technology more in tuned with anti-armor settings. Also it needs to charge up before getting to its full destructive force.

Background:
Einstein never actually could predict his weather control device would work so well out of the theoretical concept it was. It became apparent though that during the soviet occupation that the allies would never get another chance using the said device under their guidelines. Nevertheless he was no fool and knew that the soviets themselves would want technology that would increase their own armaments. Science is an intriguing mistress especially when you can tempt man into foolish endeavors to work against them. Einstein informed the soviets that he would get a highly effective version of his weather control device in their hand A.S.A.P. This ruse however was the forefront for actually helping the allies develop better weaponry.

One of the problems that were noticed during the fight with the soviets was how well their armor stood against the allies in battle. The soviets were supreme in this area, and it seems that cutting back on that utility for them was the professor primary goal. His prism tech which faired well with multiples units converging on single target, but on a one to one basis it did lack any type of dominant show of force.

Tweaking some prism, sonic, and weather tech he previously worked with he created a small air compressing unit that would control certain airstreams in localized area. One day he added another air dampener when something marvelous happened. It was then a small wind vortex appeared from the device that grew exponentially to an average sized cyclone in his laboratory. Smashing through the reinforced steel doors of Einstein’s lab it quickly demolished two Rhino tanks just outside. The soviets weren’t the wiser because they actually thought that the new effect was from an improved weather control device. It also helped that the artificial twister did not eradicate any soviet foot troopers, otherwise things could escalated for stronger soviet supervision over his projects.

The prism tank was dissected and revaluated for this new aspiring tech. One of the cleverest things Einstein had ever created was the way this new tank looked. At first when the soviets caught a glimpse of this new armament they thought it was a joke. You see on the very top of the old prism tank where the new device was implanted was a titanium weathervane. As soon as the weathervane started to spin it meant the device would actually be charging up to its utmost potential. When unleashed a massive twister would tear through enemy armor like tissue paper. However it would not last as the cyclone quickly dwarfed in size the farther it would move away from its initial conception.

The second is a new Epsilon tank:

V.A.M.P. Tank
Cost: $1700
Prerequisite: Epsilon War Factory, Epsilon Research Lab
Weapon: Vampiric Anti-armor Manipulator Photonic Device
Armor: Light
Purpose: Anti-Armor

Description:
This tank can do the unthinkable by breaking down enemy armor and redistribute it to near by friendly armor. It can’t heal itself by this process alone, but it can increase it’s strength in greater numbers. At the current rate it can take out enemy armor at the rate of a soviet rhino tank. However once it leeches onto its victim via a parasitic laser, then it can support all front line heavy hitters that are taking major structural damage. The armor regeneration it provides is equal to that of a max veterancy per unit and the healing range is a small area of effect (about two tank would benefit at a time).

Background:
Yuri was going to win no matter the cost and one of the most bizarre steps he made was going to the very place of his last defeat. At his old castle in Transylvania he removed something that was lost but never forgotten, from the catacombs beneath the castle. It was the complete remain of Vlad Tepes (A.K.A. Vlad the Impaler). Yuri was able to extract some biological residue from the remains to make a fully functional clone. Why would he do this you ask? It seems Yuri needed a tactical advice on how to play the battlefield and Vlad would be a perfect envoy.

Vlad was actually brought up to speed on current events and how the world had changed; thanks to Yuri’s mind meddling. One thing that Vlad noticed about Yuri’s arms division was how weak compared to all other enemy machinery. He suggested to Yuri that he needed to drive fear into his enemies by eliminating their hopes. It was then it was decided that to fix both problems he we need something to revamp his frontline combatants. Vlad looked toward Yuri’s Floating Disk for the right idea and had some initiates devise a new type of tank.

Looking at a sense of twisted irony; it was then a tank was created to leech onto an armored subject (via laser) and drain away all of its material into basic elements. The final touch came from the irradiated energy that would come from these tanks once the process was initiated. This raw energy would actually mend any structural fracture on friendly armor in the area.

"Phoenix" Assault Infantry

An Allied joint coörporation, when the need arised for a fast infantry unit which is strong against armor. They searched through the ranks and recruits to find the soldiers fit for the tasks they would have to accomplish. This proved to be difficult but not impossible.

The principal weapon would be the earlier developed "Torpex" warhead which was also used in torpedos as the name would suggest, now placed inside a missile similar to the Guardian GI, only changed to have a lighter weight to be more fit for hit-and-run attacks against structures and large vehicles. This missile has a long range and is good against vehicles and deal moderate damage to structures as well, but lacks rate of fire or anti-infantry or anti-air capability. The missile also has a rather slow rate of fire, so Guardian GI's were still better in defensive purposes. However, it is much lighter and therefore doesn't reduce the speed of the soldiers carrying it as much. However, in terms of firepower in a set amount of time, these weapons proved inferior to Guardian GI's and the American Navy SEALS, and therefore the project was halted.

However, when the Torpex warhead could fit into a Gauss Rifle, the project was restarted. The Gauss Rifle was, however, much heavier than the missile launcher, but the ammunition on the other hand did not weigh much at all - and the ammunition was very cheap to produce too as the amount of explosives was much lower. To reduce the weight of the weapon and the need of heat sinks, the rate of fire was greatly lowered to almost the same rate of fire as the missile version of this weapon, and as the firepower / second was still lower than those of GGI's, the project was almost shelved again, but now the range or the firepower of a single missile was clearly superior, they decided to start production of this weapon in limited numbers.

The first combat results were strange. Sometimes the cost of the new weapon looked as if it wasn't worth it, sometimes it looked as if the weapon was the best weapon available. When everything was set into tables, a clear line became visible; the bigger the target, the more damage this warhead could do, especially if the armor left something to be desired when compared to the size of the unit. The firepower against structures proved dissapointing after soldiers tried their weapons against them, but research quickly found out that was because of the small size of the warhead.

One of the staff officers, who was tasked with researching the needs of the soldiers, General Arthur, smirked when he first heard about a female soldier who blew up a Mastermind with her first shot, and after finding similar reports, the training for using this weapon could be perfected, and commanders learned how to work with these soldiers as on they own, they were incredibly vulnerable against small, but well armored, vehicles.

However, later on, it proved that, even though the ammunition itself was very cheap, the weapons itself were too expensive to maintain a large production line, and production was reduced. The selection procedure for soldiers to be equipped with this weapon became more strict because of that, and therefore, training against mind-control was added into their training programm, to assure these powerful soldiers could not fall into enemy hands that easily.

Countries: Allied

Prerequisite: Tier 2
Cost: 700
Primary Weapon: "Phoenix" Mk II Personal Gauss Rifle
Armor: Flak
Strenght: Medium
Speed: High
Purpose: Hit-and-run.

Good against (examples): Speeder Trike, Prism Tanks, Masterminds, surface vessels
Mediocre against: IFV, Flak Tracks, Centurion, Battleship
Bad against: Basic tanks (all of them), Apocalypse, Battle Fortress, submarines, infantry

Note: Rate of Fire would be among the slowest in the game.

This might be my last official brainstorm.

Epsilon Support Hero Vehicle:

Oscariot Floating Fortress
Cost: 4000$
Prerequisite:
Weapon: Probably None At All
Equipment: Psychic Illusion Cloak, Tankbunkers
Armor: Very Heavy
Speed: Medium
Role: Ambush, Vehicle-Based Assault
Biography: Oscariots are scary. Massive hovering structures suddenly appearing out of nowhere in the heat of a battle, taking soldiers by surprise with literal shock and awe. Yuri wanted to have a weapon of elephantine proportions that can bring heavy firepower to all types of terrain, without having to design a super-strong weapon for it. The initial design of the Oscariot was a 300 feet large tower that could hold vehicles inside itself like the Tank Bunker. But when Epsilon scientists realized that the project could be mobilized, they decided to create a new design that is stronger, larger and scarier. The Oscariot's mobility lies in the Psionic Propulsion Generator (PPG), a hovercraft technology that can lift the largest objects with little hindrance. The Oscariot can hide himself with a remaining prototype of the defunct Psychic Interrupter Device, a device that can cloak a large area around itself. But the device can only cloak the Oscariot due to it's sheer size that takes a large radius of the device's range. Like the Shadow Tanks, Oscariot only appears to enemies when it is firing, or when it is letting others firing. What does that mean? As it was noted before, the Oscariot has armored cargo space inside that can carry vehicles and make them fire out of the Oscariot with little retaliation. The Oscariot can hold a maximum of 6 vehicles around itself, which is more than enough during a heated battle. Along with these advantages, the Oscariot has a few disadvantages. Due to it's extreme size, the Oscariot cannot be built from the War Factory, it has to be constructed at a ConYard and deployed on a free space like the defunct Slave Miner. Once it is constructed, it dissects itself from he ground and will not return to the ground unless it is destroyed. Also due to the magnitude of the weapon, each commander has a limit to have only one Oscariot at a time.

Because of these factors, the Oscariot is obviously one of the most awe-inspiring and the most nightmare-inducing units on the battlefield(along with the Centurion and the Thor Gunship). As it lies in the hands of the Epsilon, this collaborated with Epsilon's sick inventions can make up a deadly frontline force.

EA tier 3 structure

Luftwafe Building Facility

Cost: 3500$
Preresquite: Tier 3
Armor: Contrete
HP: 2500
Purpose: Advanced Aircraft production
Biography:
The Luftwafe BF is a European Alliance structure used to build and prepare the Luftwafe for combat, additionally doubling as a AFCC. Equipped with the needed resources and advanced technical staff to build the gigantic gunship, this Facility is also large enough to contain the sheer size of the Luftwafe which is based from XB-337 Gleipnir. It's design is based off the AFCC.

EA Assault Hero aircraft

"Luftwafe" Airborne Fortress (Based from Ptolemaics aircraft carrier)
Full name: European Alliance large-sized aerial aircraft carrier: "Luftwafe"
Cost: 4000$
Preresquite: Luftwafe BF
Armament: "Horizon" Missile Drone, "Seraphim" Energy laser
Armor: Heavy
HP: 3500
Speed: Medium
Building limit: 1
Role: Assault
Biography: Luftwafe are powerful. Gigantic airborne fortress capable of eradicate large-sized base, EA air force wanted the powerful aircraft that can bring heavy firepower to all types of terrain, without having to design a air for it. The design of the Luftwafe was based from XB-337 Gleipnir from Ace Combat, the "Horizon" missile drone and "Seraphim" energy laser are the main weapons of the Luftwafe. The Horizon is effective against air targets and the energy laser is used for ground. Both weapons are known to do large amount damage to air and ground forces, the EA also installed the powerful engine so they can travel at great speed, but not too much, the Luftwafe has a few disadvantages. Due to it's large size, the Luftwafe cannot be built from the AFCC, it has to be constructed at Luftwafe Building Facility. Also due to the magnitude of the weapon and whooping cost, each commander has a limit to have only one Luftwafe at a time.
