Epsilon HQ new Infantry

Railgun Trooper
Cost: 750
Prerequisite: Epsilon Barrack, Radar Spire
Movement: Jogging
Weaponry: Mental-Inversion Rifle
Speed: Medium
Armor: None
HP: Medium
Note: Kill infantry instantly, make them dangerous when in a en-masse.

While Allies introducing Siege Cadre which equipped with prism weapon, Epsilon attempt to make it own one - Railgun Trooper is an soldier with an a mental railgun rifle which seriously heavy damage vehicle and fries infantry instantly. If they're in en-masse attack, make them extreme effective with heavy armor vehicle such apoc and infantry rush. :wink_new:

Tsk, we are trying to make infantry more useful in 3.0 by not adding in infantry that can OHKO all infantry. ;)

It would be more balanced if you did it like this:

Siege Bro
Cost: Money
Prerequisite: Epsilon Barracks, Epsilon Lifeguard Hut
Locomoter: Surf board
Weaponry: Grenade launcher, Surfer accent
Speed: Medium
Armor: sun lotion
HP: 125

After the Allies incorporated the Siege Cadre into their army, Yuri decided that Epsilon wasn't going to lag behind in the siege infantry department. Thus his forces started searching far and wide for the perfect soldier to clone and use for their project. Unfortunately, no effective candidate was found. However, when Yuri was taking an incognito stroll down a Californian beach, he met Travis Dudemeister, a local surfer in the area.

Travis and Yuri clicked well enough and soon, a friendship blossomed between the two. Not long after, the psychic mastermind was experiencing all kinds of wacky hijinks with his gnarly comrade, such as drinking piña colada's, smoking weed, getting chased by the cops, jumping in mid-air and doing a freeze frame while 'Jump' from Van Halen plays, and trying to hit on the local women (which he did with surprising success, as Travis would attest).

Sadly, it was not to last. Yuri, fed up that Travis had eaten the last bag of Dorito's again, punished his radical brother-from-another-mother by enslaving his mind and marking him up for the siege infantry program. Soon, the genetically enhanced surfer dude clones were equipped with hover boards to allow amphibious travel, and siege weapons known only as Ballistic Ordinance N' Grenades. These Siege Bro's have become a major threat to Yuri's foes, whether on land or at sea.

How Yuri going to California and establish the base, I think it is good for new mission
Operation: Epsilon Vacation
Objective 1: Escort every tourist to the Helipad
Objective 2: Destroy Epsilon nuke silo and base
Now, Railgun trooper were removed due to unbalance problem :wink_new:

Boom! I'm back, babies!

Levitation Coil
Cost: 1200$
Prerequisite: Radar Dome
Weapon: Magnetic Bender Coil, Grinders
Power: -50
Armor: Light
Role: Unit Raising, Anti-Armor

One of Yuri's inventions, like the Chaos Drone and the Mastermind, sounds useless but pretty damn effective weapons. Undoubtedly the Epsilon have the strongest anti-air from the Big Three. What if they can direct that anti-air at the ground? It wouldn't be much use? Watch this. The Levitation Coil can raise vehicles up into the air where the Yuri's Gatling Turrets can fire at them. The Coil generates a magnetic field around itself that serves the same purpose as the Venomantula Cycle's net: attract metals. Which means Gatling Turrets firing at the flying unit will deal much more damage than usual. Please remember that the Levitation Coil is NOT useless against infantry. Infantry with dog-immune armor can be also raised by the Coil because their entire body armor is composed of metal, making it possible to be manipulated by the Coil.

Wait, can you see the Grinder on the Weapons bar? Yes, you can. It's about another mode this tower can be used for. Pressing the deploy button switches between two modes. the levitation mode AND the grinder mode. Grinder mode utilizes the Coil to slowly pull vehicles and heavy armored infantry to the towers grinders where they will be silenced for good. When being attracted to the grinder, the vehicle itself takes no damage and when it's grinded, it will be converted into cash!

Your leviathan mode is well known in the YR universe, but the Grinder Mode is pretty much useless, considering if any one plays as Epsuilon, they will guarantee to build a Grinder.
Just use a MC unit to gain control of the oncoming force and send it to the Grinder. Done

Euro Alliance: Avenger
The Americans have a laser avenger prototype. However, the Euro Alliance has the classic avenger. Donated by the US, the avenger is an AA missile platform. It's missiles are weaker then an Aeroblaze, but in turn, it has more speed due to a lack of reactors. It is also equipped with a small machinegun for defence against infantry. However, it also sacrifices armor.

Euro Alliance: AA Gun
The patriot system is not all too successful in Europe. Plus, they are quite expensive. The EA looked at the old AA gun for help. They have a large amount of advantages compared to the Patriot.

The AA gun, per shot, is more powerful then the Patriot. The AA Gun has four barrels that shoot flak at on-coming aircraft. Modified patriot targeting systems allow it great accuracy compared to the flak cannon. It also has a high rate of fire.

However, it also has disadvantages. The system is large, it has a 2x2 square, meaning less space in your base. It is also weaker, if the kirov somehow reached it (unlikely), it would be decimated with three bombs.

Because of the way splash damage works, 2×2 structures are inherently weaker against Kirov's (and nukes for that matter) than 1×1 structures, even with the same values.

Psicorp special Infantry

Name: Psychokinetic Adept
Price: 1500
Purpose: Siege
Primary weapon: Psychokinetic crushing (beam?)
Secondairy weapon: none
Deploy: self-lifting hover movement (unable to use crushing mind) capable of crossing water
Prerequisite: Epsilon Lab
Health: medium
Movement: medium-slow
Power: same as second stage Gattling Tank
Good against: anything on land
Bad against: anything far into the water
Range: similar to Towers

The Epsilon experimentation with the human brain lead to the discovery of a non-active part in the brain, that once activated is capable of bending metal and crushing bones alike, using telekinesis. Their scientists capable of activating this part in several Espilon Adepts lead to the creation of the Psychokinetic Adept. On the battlefield they use their mind to focus on a target, literally crushing them under the target under its own weight. When targeting a building, the building will eventually collapse. When deployed, the Adept lifts itself above the ground and can hover over bodies of water, sacrificing the use of the psychokinesis temporarily.

Euro Alliance Tier 3 Siege Unit:

Weather Artillery
Cost: 2500$
Prerequisite: Tech Center
Weapon: Thundercloud Cannon
Armor: Light
Speed: 4
Role: Mass Destruction

So far Allies' heaviest weapon yet. This bulky looking unit is the Allied equivalent of the Soviet Kirov Airship. Large, bulky and painfully slow, this weapon is the absolute pride of the European Artillery Division. It's armed with Einstein's latest creation yet, the Thundercloud Cannon. The Thundercloud Cannon is a complicated business. It creates a gas in mid-air that turns into massive thunder clouds that can annihilate everything under the thundercloud including buildings, cars, and humans, by lightning. It's not simply a siege weapon, commander. It's a mass destruction weapon. It's immense size prevents it from being carried by the landing crafts and it's light armor and slow speed makes it an easy target for pretty much anything. Aircrafts that enter the thundercloud will be destroyed, by lightning.

Why? MO has an Ares coder in the dev team. Even the reason of this topic was that I wrote a new feature, aimed primarily for MO. First we should look into it, then we decide if it's impossible or not. :p

Please no, I don't think it is a good idea for any mobile control devices. It's like a demo truck that can explode from range and doesn't kill itself.

That weather artillery could be modified, make it so it that it shoots a negative ion ball, that sticks to units, and eventually causes a lightning strike right there. An allied counterpart of the Iron Dragon. It does take a while to reload.

Also, it could fire just only ONE lightning strike at a time instead of casting an entire storm. There are plenty of ways to balance such a weapon, including making it a stolen tech, an advanced stolen tech, or a secret unit.

Also don't forget the costs. I never write down specific numbers for an unit anymore so the developer's have plenty of room when balancing one of my units and I can be pleasantly suprised when it is actually implemented (and sometimes I just have no idea how it exactly needs to be balanced either and I just shove the job to Speeder and Graion :p )

I'm getting confused, as it seems half the people here want EA to have realistic weaponry, and the other half want them to have advanced weaponry :\ Also, I'm making any new suggestions to be like the summaries from the bottoms of my old ones, so that more balance is allowed like somebody said above.

China--

Fortification Center

Not content with simply having bunkers available to their soldiers, the Chinese went a step further. The Fortification Center may look useless, but inside is a garrison of 15 specially trained soldiers, who will run out and attack any target that gets to close to their assigned Fortification Center. Logically, the structures are heavily armored. They are incredibly useful as base defenses, and being nothing but bunkers, are immune to mind control. Having a 24/7 garrison isn't cheap, though, and the Fortification Bunker takes some credits every once in a while for supplies. (spawns infantry, or if that doesn't work, vehicles that act like infantry, to attack anything in range)

Scorpion Cell--

Sandstorm Tank

Being surrounded by desert, Scorpion Cell decided to put the sands to use. The Sandstorm Tank is designed to burrow underground to a specific location, then lie in wait under the sands until enemy units get in range. Then, the Tank rises out of the dunes and entraps anything, man or machine, with its Sandstorm Generator. The Sandstorm Generator surrounds enemies with swirling sands, rendering them immobile and helpless to attack from, attack by other Epsilon units. After the ensnared foes are dispatched, the Sandstorm Tank fades away again to destroy its next victim. Not even HQ or PsyCorps know how this tank works in non-desert environments, but it does. Scorpion Cell refuses to explain how. (emps everything in range, and is otherwise cloaked)

PF--

Shimmer Tank

The Pacific Front wasn't content with simple mirage tanks. So, they made the Shimmer Tank. The Shimmer Tank, like its distant cousin, disguises itself to blend in with its surroundings. However, it is also outfitted with a tiny personal chronosphere and a modified prism cannon. Thanks to the chronosphere, Shimmer Tanks can go anywhere, and remain undetected until they phase in. They then raise havok among enemy line by firing their Refractor Ray, which, upon hitting its target, splits into five new rays. Those rays then split into two each, and then split into another two rays. After firing, however, the Shimmer Tank must recharge, so it has a very low rate of fire, and can usually be found by searching for a nearby tree that shines due to the recharge arrays. This shine is what gave the Shimmer Tank its name. (I think the shimmer is possible, my amateurish coding knowledge says that you would use an animation to make the tank found even when disguised. But I could be totally wrong :\)

EA: Chrono Tank
Sure, the Abrams Tank is strong. But the EA created an alternative. The Chrono Tank is able to chronoshift to any location in a matter of seconds. In the great war, it used AP tusk missiles. But due to the expense of it, it was instead fitted with a slightly more powerful Grizzly Tank barrel. However, due to the power used by the device, it can only chronoshift every few minutes. This leaves it vulnerable. Although, the armor is slightly better due to the chrono reactors, it is weak against artillery and air units as the chronosphere is located on the top of the tank.
