Iron Curtain mk. II.
The soviets are brave, very brave. The new iron curtain for russia can be used on infantry, without due effects. This applies to allies, and enemies, so there is a slight disadvantage. But hey! you can use it on those enemy navy SEALS and watch them kill your other enemy.

Amphibious Infantry
When Soviet and Allied commanders were capable of talking witch eachother due to circumstances, they talked often about their common enemy: Yuri. But also about what they wished, what suprised them and whatever both armies had in common.
When these officers returned to the frontline, they expressed their wishes and sometimes they actually work. One of those wishes was an easy to train fast infantry to assault Yuri's mind-controlling units.
Finding people with the right character traits proved to be a problem and in the end, the commanders noticed they tended to be females fairly often. They needed to be brave and viligant, but still careful and well aware of their surroundings, because the commanders did not want unnecessary casualties in their ranks in the case of hard-to-replace soldiers. The emphasis on low casualties also resulted in training to run long and fast and a high-tech bullet-proof vest which protected limbs without restricting movement.
When they completed their training and exam (running a marathon with equipment within four hours), they were used in small squads, usually on assassination against mind-controlling units. They rarely fought against conventional soldiers because that would certainly raise the casualty number...
Faction: Any Allied or Soviet faction.
Cost: Low-medium
Prerequisite: Allied Barracks AND Soviet Barracks
Movement: Amphibious Infantry
Primary Weapon: Water-proof AK 47
(Optional) Deployment ability: Sonic Wave (does no damage but forces squids to stop grappling).
Speed: Fast (fastest infantry aside from dogs)
Armor: Flak or plate
HP: medium-high
Sight: high
Sensor sight: low
Cant be mind-controlled, can garrison.

Latin confederation:
Rifle Trooper
The PPSh-41's have not found much use within the ranks of the Latin Confederation. They were cheap, but bulky, and had a lot of problems. The Latin Confederation troopers were also better trained then other troopers, who were conscripted quickly into the ranks.
The Latin Confederation troopers found a much better rifle. The AK-74 is an upgrade of the AK-47, a semi-automatic which many troops were already accustomed to. While the trooper is slightly more expensive to train, build time is not changed, and the rifle is much more powerful. Overzealous troops maybe able to turn the rifle into fully auto mode, which empties the clip faster then most weapons can simply reload. However, there is a reduced range from that.

Chinese Soldier
Cost: 300
Prerequisite: Soviet Barracks
Movement: Jogging
Primary Weapon: Special AK-76(Kill infantry in one shot, make them advantage to attack dog)
Secondnary Weapon(When Deployed) EMP Charge(Perfect against vehicle)
Speed: Fast
Armor: Flak
HP: 150
Sight: high
Sensor sight: low
Note: Can't be mind-controlled due to his earplug, can garrison.
The Chinese soldier is exactly the same as generalcamo's idea except it's immune to mind control and can OHKO all infantry. It can also use EMP for some reason.

I'd say replace the Desolator or Tesla Trooper for that unit, rather then the Concript

Tsk tsk General Recon, simply copying someone's stuff is generally frowned upon in this community. You might want to change that before I have to make more.. drastic adjustments to your posts.

This weapon was a fearful sight for enemy planes, who were shot down by the powerful missiles. Russia used a flak cannon during Yuri's Treachery. But it was found to have disadvantages.
Russia turned to the old SAM site for help. Remaking it, they made it deploy to fire, therefore allowing protection when not needed, and has more advanced targeting systems then before. It does not require power to run, the motor has it's own power, but the targeting sensors will not work without power, making it slower to fire, and the missiles do not track as well.

1.) Allied have the Spy like in YR but completely invisible but can be made visible by detectors; Dogs automatically attacks them, but doesn't reveal them. They are cheaper than in MO2, somewhere around 600-800$ (to encourage the use of Spies).
2.) Soviet have a Hacker Drone (build either in the Barracks or Factory). A Hacker Drone costs more than Spies (around 1200-1400$) and are not camouflaged in any way but are very fast. They can hijack enemy units but the Drone is lost in the process. The Hacker Drone can also "hack" into buildings with the effect as an infiltration. Game mechanic-wise the "hack" could be implemented that the Drone releases an invisible, invincible, very slow moving Spy that enters the building, when the Drone is destroyed the Spy dies too. (Not sure if hijacking and "hacking" can be coded)
3.) Epsilon uses their Adepts to infiltrate enemy tech structures, after one entered a building they mind control someone in the building to sabotage the installation or force them to spit out secrets. The Adept is lost in the process. Because of their usability as both a mind control infantry and an infiltrator their cost is increased a little, around 900-1200$. They cannot reveal Spies, this is also to make Spies more viable against Epsilon.

After infiltrating Yuri's battle lab, and with a captured version of the Cloning Vats in Australia during the first war against Yuri, the Allies used genetic technology to train their own superhuman strenght soldier.
He/She is armed with two long swords which can cut through infantry with ease.
He/She also has the ability to heal everything in a fairly large area around him/her.
Aside from that, he/she has the ability to run extremely fast for a short while.
Cost: Medium
Prerequisite: Allied Barracks, infiltrating Yuri Tech
Movement: Infantry
Primary Weapon: Double sword
Secondary Weapon: Sprint (he/she moves at extreme speed towards a certain tile several tiles away from her current position).
Deployment ability (when standing still): Healing Wave (repairs vehicles as well).
Speed: Fast (like brutes) when normally running.
Armor: Plate
HP: medium-high
Sight: high
Can't be mind-controlled, dogs fear them, buildlimit 1.
Note: He/She cannot do anything against vehicles, ships or buildings!

Epsilon HQ new Infantry
Railgun Trooper
Cost: 750
Prerequisite: Epsilon Barrack, Radar Spire
Movement: Jogging
Weaponry: Mental-Inversion Rifle
Speed: Medium
Armor: None
HP: Medium
Note: Kill infantry instantly, make them dangerous when in a en-masse.
While Allies introducing Siege Cadre which equipped with prism weapon, Epsilon attempt to make it own one - Railgun Trooper is an soldier with an a mental railgun rifle which seriously heavy damage vehicle and fries infantry instantly. If they're in en-masse attack, make them extreme effective with heavy armor vehicle such apoc and infantry rush.
Tsk, we are trying to make infantry more useful in 3.0 by not adding in infantry that can OHKO all infantry.
It would be more balanced if you did it like this:
Siege Bro
Cost: Money
Prerequisite: Epsilon Barracks, Epsilon Lifeguard Hut
Locomoter: Surf board
Weaponry: Grenade launcher, Surfer accent
Speed: Medium
Armor: sun lotion
HP: 125
After the Allies incorporated the Siege Cadre into their army, Yuri decided that Epsilon wasn't going to lag behind in the siege infantry department. Thus his forces started searching far and wide for the perfect soldier to clone and use for their project. Unfortunately, no effective candidate was found. However, when Yuri was taking an incognito stroll down a Californian beach, he met Travis Dudemeister, a local surfer in the area.
Travis and Yuri clicked well enough and soon, a friendship blossomed between the two. Not long after, the psychic mastermind was experiencing all kinds of wacky hijinks with his gnarly comrade, such as drinking piña colada's, smoking weed, getting chased by the cops, jumping in mid-air and doing a freeze frame while 'Jump' from Van Halen plays, and trying to hit on the local women (which he did with surprising success, as Travis would attest).
Sadly, it was not to last. Yuri, fed up that Travis had eaten the last bag of Dorito's again, punished his radical brother-from-another-mother by enslaving his mind and marking him up for the siege infantry program. Soon, the genetically enhanced surfer dude clones were equipped with hover boards to allow amphibious travel, and siege weapons known only as Ballistic Ordinance N' Grenades. These Siege Bro's have become a major threat to Yuri's foes, whether on land or at sea.

The SMS is a powerful and dreadful weapon, invented by Yuri's mad scientists.
It works by catapulting smelly stuff into the enemy base. It accepts all kind of rest material scraped out of the Grinder.
It can also serve the surrounding soldiers smelly food, which instantly turns them into bloodthirsty vampires. They will drink enemy soldiers blood, killing them slowly. Also, they will impale vehicles with bones.
And then they have dinner next to everything impaled.
However, this weapon was too much for Yuri's drivers to bear. Therefore, they decided to blindfold themselves and to just enjoy the smell of what the hell they were firing.
Cost: Medium
Prerequisite: Yuri Manege, Grinder, Yuri's Brutes' Bloody Workshop
Movement: Horse Traction
Primary Weapon: SMS Catapult
Deployment ability (when standing still): Dracula's Food
Speed: Slow
Armor: Bone-like stuff
HP: High
Sight: Blindfolded.

Mutually Assured Destruction (MAD) Tank
This beast is the most fearful sight. The MAD tank creates earthquakes that can decimate the field. Three can kill almost anything. The range can go across half the map. It has been known to harm Vehicles and Buildings. Of course, it requires a 40 second deploy time to allow it to create enough force to level buildings. You can't put it in your base and expect to get your enemy also. It also harms friendlies. However, you and your allies have earthquake resistance to prevent damage on buildings. But not vehicles.

Cost: 1200$
Prerequisite: Radar Dome
Weapon: Magnetic Bender Coil, Grinders
Power: -50
Armor: Light
Role: Unit Raising, Anti-Armor
One of Yuri's inventions, like the Chaos Drone and the Mastermind, sounds useless but pretty damn effective weapons. Undoubtedly the Epsilon have the strongest anti-air from the Big Three. What if they can direct that anti-air at the ground? It wouldn't be much use? Watch this. The Levitation Coil can raise vehicles up into the air where the Yuri's Gatling Turrets can fire at them. The Coil generates a magnetic field around itself that serves the same purpose as the Venomantula Cycle's net: attract metals. Which means Gatling Turrets firing at the flying unit will deal much more damage than usual. Please remember that the Levitation Coil is NOT useless against infantry. Infantry with dog-immune armor can be also raised by the Coil because their entire body armor is composed of metal, making it possible to be manipulated by the Coil.
Wait, can you see the Grinder on the Weapons bar? Yes, you can. It's about another mode this tower can be used for. Pressing the deploy button switches between two modes. the levitation mode AND the grinder mode. Grinder mode utilizes the Coil to slowly pull vehicles and heavy armored infantry to the towers grinders where they will be silenced for good. When being attracted to the grinder, the vehicle itself takes no damage and when it's grinded, it will be converted into cash!
Actually Yngwie of Haus Malmsteen, feefty eenches of pure Svwedish beef.
