Uragan means "hurricane" in Russian, so Russians might be an important part of Bastion too. Besides, their base is located on Alaska and Kamchatka.

Well, Yunru analyzed Volkov, and the cyborgs in the Chinese facilities are apparently based on that data. "VOLK"NET might really be based on Volkov, and "Uragan is a young sub-routine of the long-established VOLKNET A.I. that runs most of the Last Bastion's intelligence and security systems and has actually been created at the very last phase of the Bastion base's creation."
I think in the next two Soviet missions, we will find out what Yunru was doing, and it is pretty much probable that the Centurion Walker was also designed to be part of this cyborg army. And 3.3.3 might probably include at least the first Foehn Origin mission.

Few days ago I completed "Enforcers" coop mission and noticed one weird thing: Soviets for some reason use Epsilon version of Lasher Tanks instead of Lashers from Human Shield (they have both a different color and voiceset). Will this be fixed for lore consistency?
An another thing is that there are enemy Bulldog Tanks in The Gardener. How did they end up there?

About Enforcers:
Spoiler
What? Mission text specifically mentions that those are Soviet forces in Africa and they for some reason use Epsilon's Lashers although they have appeared only in Mooglight. Therefore Soviet forces in Africa should either use Lashers from Human Shield or Rhinos/Jaguars.

In Thread of Dread, there's a house in the middle of the totally-not-Foehn-revolt base that's fenced off with Windbelts. Which I thought was very strange and obviously an intentional detail.
That might be what ??? was talking about, that no-one will take his/her home. Who might this be?
My guess? That was VOLKNET. And yes, the way these guys were colored, I'd say that Yunru was already breaking away from Dearest China. Foehn isn't far at all.
