It might be better to add "SelfHealing.EliteAmount=2" to all units with "SelfHealing=yes" (air units, heroes, etc) so that they self-heal in double speed after reaching elite, as if they get the self-healing benefit from elite status like other units do.
While this probably won't have many effects in skirmish, PvP, and base building missions, it should improve the experience in certain missions where the player doesn't have a base so that the time spent for units to heal while not doing anything at all can be halved.

Good idea. This will greatly help the Irkalla, which is very difficult to fix; impossible if there are no Tech Machine Shops on the map.

I have checked the gamefile, Sonar Pulse now only requires Allied Naval Shipyard to use, while Black Widow requires not only Tech Center but also Air Force Command HQ. However, the official changelog and website do not mention them at all. Which version are these changes made?

They do heal themselves, but I think healing is not percentage-based, so elite Irkalla heals painfully slowly.
Speaking of IFVs and other open-topped vehichles: if in an elite (for example) IFV an intantry becomes elite, will the IFV get the plus (elite IFV+ elite XXX infantry) damage bonus?

infantry only changes the mode. It contributes nothing else but the information of what mode it should use

I Know. I've been thinking how to speed up her self-healing and repair. Thought about repairing with Repair Crane, Exp. Post and Risen Inferno, but it's impossible due to her height.

For Sonar Pulse, it was changed during 3.3.0. For the Black Widow, I am unsure, but it may be a v3.3.4 change that was undocumented.

Former solved but found more incorrect content about prerequisite given on official website:
1. Sweeper Drop requires additional Cloud Piercer.
2. Runway requires ACHQ instead of Allied T2 buildings, in addition to Tech Center, this is written wrong on building page, but tech tree display is correct.
3. Drakuv Soviet Lab requirement is not displayed on tech tree, only mentioned on support power page.
4. Said above, Sonal Pulse does not require Tech Center any longer since v3.3.
5. Tech Center description lacks of Black Widow additonal requirement mentioning just as Backwarp.

Something about Paladin Tank Destroyer voiceline:
It lacks of a piece of quote "Deutschland's finest", this is probably removed due to the old Tank Destroyer that uses the same quote appears as not only European but also American unit prior to v3.3.2. Since Tank Destroyer is now removed, this quote can be back now. It is reasonable to describe a pure European unit as made in Germany, just as PF's Black Eagle is made in South Korea.

I do not wanna say this, but please comprehend the lore clearly first then answer these suggestions, you have made a mistake about whether Scorpion Cell appear in The Conqueror days ago (though Speeder says their Lashers are appear on purpose). What you said is the Paladin from C&C: Generals. Player's Paladins in Insomnia are given by EA, it's nonsense to consider a unit that obtained from other faction as its own unit.
Last but not least, I just find and summarize the bugs and fuzzing settings currently have. As for whether these problems will solve, it's up to MM's own choice, in fact, I cannot decide them.

I haven't even played the US campaign in Generals, or that faction whatsoever, so assuming that I even refer to that game is very much false.
You do bring a good point that I need to clarify it first. My basis was that all Tank Destroyers in campaign were replaced by Paladins, so I had assumed that they appeared in Red Dawn Rising. However, after looking at the map thoroughly, I found no mention of the Paladin, which meant that I may have made an error there (again).

Regarding the Paladin TD debate, I'd like to point out that the original lore of the Tank Destroyer, being that it was developed by Germany to efficiently counter the Soviet's huge tank divisions breathing down their neck made perfect sense, and shouldn't be changed. It wouldn't make sense for the US to come up with such a vehicle, as it didn't really have to fear a ground invasion. Additionally, the TD being a European, more precisely German unit pays homage to IRL WW2, which is a nice touch. Actually, I'd really love to see the TD looking more like a StuG III or a Jagdpanther. Is it intentional that Observers can see cloaked/disguised units only if they are at the same team as the owner of said units (at least for AI-only battles in my case)? Disguised units don't seem to have this issue, though.

I haven't played Mental Omega since last summer because my computer died, so I don't know what all has changed. It would be cool to see more infantry units. Also, I was surprised to see that the Stolen MCV's and the Crate War setting was removed.
