Argentina would probably be of Soviet Allegiance. As far as Australia is concerned, I'd assume that the cloning base and submarine base there would of been taken out. Assuming too that the base there was built before they arrived in the past, and therefore it would be there regardless of the time traveling.

Genesis Core:
Responsible for many biological breakthroughs, such as the Brute and Clonning Vats, Genesis Core weilds an army of biological marvels. When Yuri was recovered from the past, the core leapt at the chance to study the biological imprints on its surface. Through advanced genetic manipulation and clonning techniques, Genesis Core is able to deploy Velociraptors to the field; a light and fast anti-infantry unit that causes enemies to swell and explode much like the virus. They also have there own hero unit, the T-Rex.
Veteran Units: Brute, Virus
Discount on the clonning vats

Psychic Legions:
The forefront of Yuri's manipulation, the Psychic Legions specializes in psychic abilities. They are responsible for one of the more recent breakthroughs, psychic illusion technology, and as such have recieved large budget increases. The Psychic Legions still use the "old and outdated" versions of the Railgun Tower, back from when they were still called Psychic Towers. Their specialized unit, the EMP Mine, can lie undetected on the ground until an enemy vehicle is within range, thanks to it's illusion technology. However, when a unit does come near it, it releases an Electro-Magnetic Pulse that disables all vehicles around it, allowing a Psy unit to easily capture the controller's mind. Once the EMP is released, however, the mine is a sitting duck until after the effects where off, as it's illusion technology is very susceptable to EMP.
The Legion's "Hero" unit, the Yuri Prime, is the highest rank a trainnee can hope to acheive. They are, in essence, Yuri's second in command.
Veteran Units: Psychic Adapt, Infiltrator (?)
Discount on the Academy

Brute's Fist:
The Brute's Fist adopts the Soviet's sttrategy, brute force, and adapts it to fit their forces. They focus on wearing away the enemy and completely destroying them. As such, they developed there own version of the Soviet apocalype, the Anillator (spelling fail)/The still use the Slave Minner. It can crush enemy armor, however it is quite slow and lacks an air defence. The Fist has Rhan for their Hero unit, using his heavy weaponry and infantry conversion techniques to devastating effect.
Veteran Units: Brute, Harpoon
Discount on the Drilling Platform

What'ya think? I tried to make each have their own sort of play style (Generic-ish, Capture and Manipulate, Rusher-ish).

according to our determinedly dopey Prime Minister Mr Brown, Obama also has a beach in Normandy named after him. If that can't win you an election, what can?

I don't see why every sub-division should have it's own Hero Unit.
You don't see a Brittish Bond like character as Hero for the Brittish, or a different Hero Unit for Libya or something like that

Well what he's saying is that they don't really need it. It just creates more problems.

Though I vote changing Yuri's hero unit to a T-Rex for the entire faction.

I knoiw, but if you would implement hero units for Yuri's subdivisions, I think it would only be far to see a hero unit for each country (make Tanya USA only)

Otherwise you would create an immense imballance

Hmm, about that.. ;)

But no, I wouldn't let countries have veteran heroes. Even though it would make sense to have the Centurion start as veteran for China.

You mean nobody actually noticed something wrong with giving the Chinese a veteran Centurion? I knew I should've reported it..

So maybe I don't have much input, being completely new, but even a little input is better than none, right?

Country Name: Vortex Runner (Working title, of course. ._.)
Allegiance: Epsilon
Epsilon Division: Naval Superiority. In the last Great War, Yuri ordered the Soviet Commander to lead a vicious assault on Pearl Harbor. While the attack was unsuccessful (Or successful, depending on which campaign you consider canon) the Allieds in the area were softened up enough for Epsilon forces to move in and take Pearl Harbor for their own purposes. At first, the new Pearl Harbor base was little more than a refueling station as Epsilon's forces moved across the Pacific, but when the Soviets took Tibrena Island, it was converted into the base of operations for the Epsilon Navy. Today, the VR concerns itself with locking down naval transportation across the Atlantic and Pacific oceans.
Country Specific Unit Proposal: Boomer Submarine - The Pearl Harbor base was established when the Epsilon naval force still had a large number of (read: was only consisted of) Boomer Subs. When the call was sent out to scrap the Subs, and begin to produce a larger, diversified navy, they were reluctant to do so. Instead, they decided to keep the Subs, which were useful at countering Soviet Typhoons. The Boomer Subs now produced are a bit faster than their older brothers, with less armor. Armed with dual torpedo tubes, they fire much faster than Soviet Subs, but with smaller, weaker torpedoes. With the addition of the Kraken's long range ballistic missiles to the Epsilon Navy, the VR decided to replace the missiles on the Boomer with shorter range anti-air missiles. (Like the Akula's) However, the on-board computers (Definitely not for balance issues...) cannot aim the AA missiles while also targeting a ship. Because of this, the Boomer must be ordered to switch targets. (This is done so they don't complete destroy Destroyers, or rip up a Navy/Airforce attack squad with little effort.)
Country Specialty - Ship Mechanics: Navy Statistics (Firepower, Speed, etc) +15%, Cost -10%
Veteran Units: Kraken, Giant Squid, Gattling Warship

Country Name: Mind's Eye
Allegiance: Epsilon
Epsilon Division: Espionage and Intelligence. Mind's Eye does not have any true base of operations, though if a base of operations had to be named, it would be in the Andes, hidden from unwanted prying. ME was a key part in planning the invasion of Moscow, as well as analyzing the new units and structures produced by either side. ME focuses on stealth, corruption and secrecy to achieve their militaristic goals, and have the best reconnaissance skills in the war.
Country Specific Unit Proposal: Shadow Stalker - The Shadow Stalker uses the same cloaking technology as the Stealth Tank, allowing it to freely move where it pleases without being detected. The Stalker is equipped with a reverse-engineered Allied Heat Pulse Cannon (The same weapon used by the Mirage Tank.) Sensors on the Stalker allow them to detect cloaked units and Allied Spies. When deployed, the Stalker will stay in place, and fire upon everything that gets within range (Whereas normally, it'll let them pass by)
Country Specialty: - Enhanced Optics - Sight Range +50%, Attack Range +20%
Veteran Units: - Stealth Tank, Speeder Trike, Virus

Like the Mind's Eye name but Vortex Runner sounds like something dealing with chrono tech. Leviathan, what do ya think?

I agree, it sounds like an advances Allies space warping thing.
On the other hand, vortexes are commenly seen in the water, so I can understand why he thought of it.

And now that the Desolator is a common unit for all of the Soviet Countries:

Country Name: Iraq
Allegiance Soviet
Soviet Division Now that Iraq sold their Desolator plans to all Soviet Countries, the Iraqi scientists were ordered to research and develope new devastating means to gain an advantage on the battlefield. With their knowledge on Nuclear warfare and power, they were able to implement a small nuclear reactor in all of their tanks, making them slightly faster. Iraqi spies infiltrated several Allies Battle Labs and found some highly interesting things.
Country Specific Unit Proposal: Rad Artillery
Still preferring to radiate pieces of the battlefield, and with the recently gained knowledge thanks to the Iraqi Spies, The Iraqi scientists were able to replicate the Allied Mobile Artillery and created a highly nuclear liquid, encased in a steel shell. When it ould inpact the ground, the radiation from this liquid would instantly fry Infantry (except those who are immune to radiation) and damage light armor. The damage caused when these shells are fired at buildings is weak, so Iraqi schientists gave strict orders to Iraqi generals to use these tanks only on infantry and light armor. Because of the strong mixture, the radiation would last for a few seconds before fading away.
Country Special: Nuclear Fuel - increase speed of tanks and ships with 15%
Veteran Units Desolators , Apocalypse Tanks ,

I dub the Rad Artillery, the 'Irradiator' Cannon. Though I think they're keeping their Armadillo.

The Rad Artillery could, instead of being ineffective against Higher armored units, Be a siege weapon

but an incredibly long Reload time before firing again.

Ofcourse, that's what I think that would fell with it

Also, Low armor

However, an offensive weapon with small radiation is not present ingame since there's no Focus Tank. This may change in the future, but it will most likely not be artillery.
