I had the idea to give each country 2 special units, one for land and the other for naval.

Here some ideas for it:

America: A Psim-Cruiser (like the Prism-Tower it has the chain effect)

Korea: Improved Aircraft-Carrier and Destroyer planes.

Great Britain: Chrono-Ship (teleports like the Legionaire and is equipped with rocket-launchers).

Russia: Tesla-Scorpion (a fast and cheap unit, good to destroy enemy naval units and near ground units)

Kuba: Devastor-Cruiser (Like a soviet Battleship, but it fires with high explosive ammo)

Iraq: Nuclear-Taifun (big, slow Sub and fires a little nuclear missile, it also torpedoes with mini nukes)

Psi-Corps: Kraken-Sub (A sub, which has high HP and is equipped with long-range cluster missiles)

Chaos-Force: A better Karken-Frigatte

Headquoters: Icebreaker-Sub ( good against enemies naval units and has a Gatling-Gun against air targets)

I also had the idea of a good anti tank for Yuri:

Medusa-Tank:
It's equipped with anti Tank Laser, which causes a short EMP on most tanks, it's expensive, but effective.

Also a Chrono-transporter for the allied would be cool.

A unit which can detect those anoying shadowtanks for both allied and soviet would be great...

I was thinking about some sort of detecting unit which need to be deployed (like the one from Tib Sun, Forgot the name) to get warnings for stealth and sub units!

You mean something like an infector tank for soviets, and a Defender/Robot Tank for allied?

Yeah that would be great!

more like a Mobile Sensor Array from TS.. with the main function of detecting sub and cloaked units. Which also has a visible (like tesla/prism tower) and much larger range

Yugoslavia was not in the USSR. Nor was it in the Warsaw Pact even, I think.

I still think we should have massive countries. Full beyond Imperial size Germany (Grossdeutschland, or the idea of all Germanies together as one Germany, including AUstria) is a must. It would have happened anyways, regardless of Hitler or not.

Large Greece and large Balkans would be coo.

Enough of a reason for Yugoslavia siding with soviets.

Socialist =! USSR

Same reason China should never be considered aligned with the USSR by default. In MO, China is mind controlled (or at least persuaded) by the Psychic Amplifier.

A sensor array should be built into the radar centers of all side, I think.

Anyhow, Naval warfare isn't always on every map so I see no reason to give naval specialties, sorry just don't see a point.

Socialist in the name does not by any stretch imply they are aligned with the USSR. National Socialist, or Nazi Germany is a good example. Baathist Iraq is another (they got power by toppling a Soviet aligned socialist/communist regime)

Yes, that is what I am saying.

You do realize that "=!" is "does not equal" right? It's used since you can have a equal sign with a slash through it, unless you count "=/=".

I think the current countries fit fine, and although what you decide may be cool it wouldnt be in the spirit of the mod.

Well, because I'm not using NPSE and Ares is still nowhere near ready for release. I have plans but until Ares is announced for official release there is nothing I can do (you know, I'm not going to preview information about features which are not confirmed).

Nice to see some creativity in the co-op missions. Better than the battle-in-disguise that was the original co-op maps.

I'm trying to work with various mission types as far as coop is concerned.. MCVs, short games and starter units make things slightly difficult though.

I've been playing RA2/Yr/Mo for a veeeery long time but this may sound like a noobish question: Can you play Co-op missions on the LAN with other players?
