Here another idea that could fit to any subfraction:
Decoy Tank
Cost: 150
Primary: N/A
Secondary: N/A
Use: Decoy
Health: Virtully nothing
Speed: depends on the real thing
Build Speed: fast
Special: Randomly create a "decoy tank" depending on your tech level
Security is not all about super modern technology and powerful weapons. The Russian/US Army is being equipped with dummies and decoys.
Even from a distance of only 50 metres, fake military hardware looks exactly like the real thing and it’s effectively used on battlefield positions and to protect Russian/US strategic installations from the eagle eye of surveillance satellites.
Their main task is to distract attention and protect real combat units from strikes.
These Tanks look & move like the real thing, but cost nearly nothing compared to the "real" thing.
Drawback: Will get destroyed instantly if fired at them (at least from non-infantry units)
Or better for coding: make the "decoy Tank" work the same way as the Spy. Decoy Tank has its own look and speed. And if you select one of your own units (vehicles) it will change its appereance to the selected vehicle.
This could bring some fun if you rush a base with some decoy APCs and one "real" thread. Could also be funny for some distraction movements/attacks or if the opponent is going to destroy your precious tanks with his aircraft.

As Zenothist already stated, CanDisguise doesn't work with vehicles.

Epsilon Empire Flighting Fortress
Cost: 5000$
Prerequisite: Epsilon Research Lab, Shipyard
Weapon: 250mm 'Meteorstorm' Cannon(When Deployed into naval version) 'Behemoth' Railgun
Armor: Very Heavy
Speed: 7
Purpose: Same as Centurion, only faster at doing it, Naval Engagement
A faction marks their superiority at a part of a battlefield by creating the strongest unit of that battlefield. Well, that's what Soviets did with the Centurion anyway. They created the best ground unit, signifying that they viled own on ground. The Epsilon are doing the same... on air. This flying behemoth is comparable to a flying Centurion, it controlled with genetic-modified pilot and armed with powerful weapon. It armed with 250mm cannon which can piercing armor quickly and can destroy structure in second, this make them cost more than Centurion. Althrough cannon is need to recharge in few second, not only the powerful vehicle has only powerful cannon. Flighting Fortress can charging out the powerful railgun which fries infantry instanly and heavily damage vehicles, beware if they're not you order because it very powerful.

The Russian T3 tank, bringing Tesla technology to its ultimate power. No ordinary tesla weapon, but an even more powerful weapon, the Particle Projection Cannon (PPC for short), forms up its main armanament. It ionizes atoms and smashes them with the speed of light straight into the enemy vehicles.
The weapon looks like a conventional cannon, and has great trouble targeting infantry which forms its main weakness. The impact rocks and EMP's the vehicle or structure hit if it is not destroyed right away.
The PPC also deals major damage to structures and has a range comparable with the Prism Tank's range.
It was intended to replace the Apocalypse, but the supreme command changed his mind when they noticed this unit cannot target either infantry or aircraft, and it has less armor.
Also, the heat generated by the weapon greatly reduced the rate of fire when compared to the Apocalypse or normal Tesla Tank, and it has a chance to damage itself when firing its PPC.
Price tag: High
Primary Weapon: PPC
Movement: Tread
Speed: Slow
Armor: Heavy
HP: Medium-high
Sight: Low
Purpose: Anti-armor, Siege

Magnet Pillar
This tower basically does the same as the magnetron, except it's a defensive structure and possibly has a longer range of fire. Pair it with a Gattling Canon and you've a deadly pair, but build it in an undefended base and you're pretty dumb.

Gravity tower:
The Gravity tower drags aircraft towards the ground and itself, allowing the plane to be targeted by AA as it slowly drifts and by ground forces when it lands. This makes it guaranteed to kill an aircraft, but it can only target one unit at the same time and has a slow ROF.

BTR-60
Cost: 900
Purpose: Light Attack/Transport
Primary: 75mm Cannon (weak tank gun)
Secondary: None
Speed: Med-High
Health: Med
Passengers: 6
Note: This does NOT replace or remove Halftrack in any way.
Since the Halftrack is too lightly armored to serve as a transport to the front lines, the USSR developed the BTR-60. It is more heavily armored than a Halftrack, and has a weapon more suited to ground-based combat. The BTR-60 can carry up to six (6) soldiers to the front lines, and then turn around and fight on its own. Its 75mm Cannon allows it to take on tanks and keep them occupied while the infantry it carried deal with nearby soldiers. However, the Lasher is the only tank the BTR-60 has been known to defeat in single combat, making it not very useful for combat alone. This is remedied easily enough by filling it with soldiers and deploying once in combat. However, due to lack of firing ports or an AA gun, the BTR-60 is susceptible to air attacks, as an aircraft can hit the BTR-60 before it can deploy, assuming it has flak troopers to begin with.

Epsilon HQ Special Tank
Ironhide Heavy Tank
Cost: 2000
Purpose: Basic Assault/Combat
Primary: 120mm Trifire Cannon
Secondary: Mini Gattling Cannon
Speed: Low/Very Low
Health: Massive
The Cloning Vats and Psychic technologies weren't the only things Yuri stole when he defected. The Ironhide is the result of Epsilon's engineers making heavy modifications to a prototype blueprint of the Soviet Apocalypse Tank. The Ironhide is more heavily armored than an Apocalypse, but is painfully slow. However, its 120mm Trifire Cannon will ensure the swift destruction of any tank that gets into range. Like its cousin, the Ironhide has Anti-Aircraft weaponry to keep it safe. Instead of missiles, though, the Ironhide has a miniaturized gattling gun mounted on the back. However, due to technical limitations, the Mini Gattling Gun cannot fire on infantry, and the low speed makes the Ironhide vulnerable to anti-tank infantry attacks.

Psy-Corps Special Aircraft
Ravager
Cost: 600
Purpose: Tactical Strikes
Primary: Psywave Bomb
Secondary: N/A
Speed: Medium
Health: Very Low
Finding a need for the rapid dispersement of enemy patrols, Psy-Corps' engineers discovered a way to put the Psychic Wave generated by Yuri's Clones into a bomb. This bomb, upon detonation, will kill any infantry in its range, as well as the drivers of any vehicle. To ensure the safe delivery of this bomb, however, Psy-Corps needed a very hard-to-hit aircraft. So, the Ravager was developed. Invisible to enemy radar, the Ravager glides towards the enemy patrols. Once in range, it diverts all power in this craft to the Psywave Bomb. This causes the plane to fall onto the enemy patrol, releasing a large burst of psychic energy powerful enough to go through armor. The only downside is if the Ravager is detected before attacking, it will almost certainly be killed due to its lack of armor.

Nova Bomber
Cost: 1500
Purpose: Bombardment
Primary: Napalm Bomb
Speed: Med-High
Armor: Heavy
Passengers: None
Note: Replace Kirov
Since MiG were not enough to fighting with Epsilon, they've managed to building an powerful napalm bomber. Nova Bomber is an large, study plane, it dropping 3 napalm bomb and piercing out the structure quickly. However, it very powerful so you have to build many AA defense as much you can. And can taking 4 airpad, that mean you have to build another airfield here.

Epsilon HQ Special Tank
Ekieziel Hover Tank
Cost: 1500
Purpose: Heavy All-Terrain Assault
Primary: Ekieziel Cannon
Secondary: Raptor Missile
Speed: Low
Armor: Heavy
The Cloning Vats and Psychic technologies weren't the only things Yuri stole when he defected. The Ekieziel is the result of Epsilon's engineers making heavy modifications to a prototype blueprint of the Soviet Apocalypse Tank. The Ekieziel is more heavily armored than an Apocalypse and hover, but is painfully slow. However, its Powerful Ekieziel Cannon will ensure the swift destruction of any tank that gets into range. Like its cousin, the Ekieziel has Anti-Aircraft weaponry to keep it safe. It has raptor missile turret which can kill infantry and take out aircraft in few second, however. They're very vunerable to submarine.

One of the heaviest units ever built. This Brazil-developed tank is equipped with heavy rocket launchers which are armed with two different missiles. The weakness of this missile system is its very low rate of fire, but its armor and the small bunker in its rear help reducing the issues of this a bit.
Faction: Latin Confederation
Cost: Very high
Prerequisite: T3
Primary Weapon: Armor Piercing missiles (accurate, good against vehicles)
Secondary weapon: Napalm Missiles (inaccurate, great vs infantry and also quite good vs buildings due to splash damage).
Movement: Tread
Speed: Slow
Armor: Heavy
HP: High
Sight: Low
- In its bunker is place for two soldiers (Opentopped, transport 2)

Soviet Chinese Infiltration Drone:
Trojan Drone(replaces Saboteur despite being made from the War Factory)
Cost: 1200$
Prerequisite: Battle Lab
Weapon: Quick-Surgery Tools
Armor: Light
Speed: Fast
Purpose: Infantry Hijack, Infiltration
The Trojan Drone is a very nifty drone developed by Chinese scientists. If you look at a different angle, it's a very brutal little machine. It's the Chinese unique infiltration unit and believe me, it's like no other. The drone itself will use it's Quick-Surgery Tools to cut a hole in a soldier big enough for it to enter, enter the bloody hole, attach a neural device to the soldiers spine, sew the hole back(all without the slightest drip of blood) and BAM!, you just 'hijacked' an infantry. But the freakishness doesn't end here. The 'hijacked' soldier has multiple purposes. It can use it's weapon for combat against his former allies OR it can be used as a 'disguise' for the Trojan Drone since it's former allies won't recognize it as a 'hijacked' infantry at first sight. If you attack them, they will retaliate but they won't attack first, because they think the poor hijacked guy is their comrade. The reason it's being used as a disguise is that the Trojan Drone is also an infiltration unit. When the poor tyke enters a building, the drone will jump out of it's insides and does it's secret job(infiltrating, of course). The way that these things are used even shocked Yuri.
Actually Yngwie of Haus Malmsteen, feefty eenches of pure Svwedish beef.

This menace was a fearful sight during the great war. Sporting two barrels, it is indeed a sight to fear. Now with slightly better engines and rounds, this tank is back from the great war. It is russia's main battletank. Noting that the rhino tank was not enough to hold back allies in europe, and they only barely managed to defeat the allies and yuri, the soviets reintroduced the old heavy tank. Although slightly slower then the rhino, the twin barrels more then make up for it. In the field, however, the tank is noted for some weaknesses. A catastrophic explosion is prone to effect this tank, therefore disallowing crew to survive. And the weakness against air is not yet fixed.

Your worse nightmare is here. The soviets thought that due to a lack of Air Units (MiGs not available) they needed another unit to take the role. The Hind is a helicopter with AG rockets, a Machine Gun, and as an upgrade, AA missiles. Although used in the great war, the hind was not powerful enough to stay for the next war. Only prototypes were made. The Russians Upgraded it for the Epsilon crisis though, and it is now a full fledged member of the Russian Airforce. It also has room for three infantry units. It does have a rather large price tag, and is not available until the War Factory and Radar installation is complete. The AA upgrade requires a tech center. It is also vulnerable to AA defenses. And AA air units if the commander did not add the missiles.

Polaris Heavy Tank
Cost: 1750$
Prerequisite: Allies Tech Center, Allied War Factory
Weapon: Twin 150mm cannon, Enchanced comet laser rifle
Armor: Heavy
Speed: 4
Purpose: Anti-Armor, Anti-Infantry
Note: Immune to mind-control, immune to killdriver warhead.
I thought Zenothist's description of my unit suggestion was vastly superior to my own. That's why instead of rewriting my description, I just copied his.
Naturally, I asked permission from him first and as Zenothist is truly a kind, generous, and merciful individual, he has allowed me to cite his description word-for-word.
I thought this idea was so good, I decided to give it a little polishing by yours truly. Now you can get a taste of the quality of the writing that'll be going into the mod's story.
Translation:
It isn't common that an Allied general defects from the cause, but when it happens, a rogue commander will combine every technology he can scavenge to combat his opponents. The Polaris is the result of Allied engineers heavily modifying a stolen Apocalypse Tank.
With an amount of armor that makes its bastardized predecessor pale in comparison, the Polaris is an unstoppable force on the battlefield, wielding two whopping 150mm cannons and laser weaponry to combat any threat that may stand before it.
Being equipped with the combined remains of several Robot Tank processors left on the battlefield, the Polaris is immune to Epsilon's psychic trickery. The only drawback to this formidable weapon is that it is slower than a slug on a barrel of molasses trying to stream an HD-movie on dial-up, while taking a tar shower with an added wiff of eau-de-cement.

Somebody give sense to this line because I can't. I mean.... WTF?!The Prism and High-tech technologies weren't the only things Allied stole when allied defected. The Polaris is the result of Allied engineers making heavy modifications to a prototype blueprint of the Soviet Apocalypse Tank. The Polaris is more heavily armored than an Apocalypse, but is painfully slow. However, its Powerful twin 150mm Cannon will ensure the swift destruction of any tank that gets into range. Like abram, Polaris has enchanced laser rifle which fries infantry instantly. With an robot-controlled engine, Polaris cannot be mind-controled
