Is that with elite Rocketeers? I remember one of my elite rocketeers falling down then back up in vanilla RA2. I suspect the self healing has something to do with it. Self healing aircraft in Tiberian Sun also produce lulzy results.
that wasn't what he meant, if a rocketeer is stuck mid-death animation he is technically dying every time that he is shot, that means if you're a foehn....with a reproccessor..... you could just farm the dying rocketeers for money.
Where all factions can build all their respective stolen tech units without having to infiltrate enemy tech and MCV.
So Foehn can use Archelons, Seitaads, Phantasms and Ramwagons and so on....
While having all sec tech is accessible in the Ultimate Alliance, the secret units without having 4 MCV's would be better.
Tech rushers (CN for instance) will have a major advantage over slow builders such as allied sub-factions. What's more in my point of view the soviet stolen-tech set is arguably the strongest one.

I must agree, Soviets do have the most powerful secret units out there. Sycles deleting entire infantry armies, Apocalypse tanks 2vs1 Ikara (Did anybody noticed that Apocalypse is probably the strongest AA in the game ?!) Dragons deleting entire land armies and Grumbles rendering aircraft pointless.
But hey, atleast each faction has their own OP secret units. Besides, non standard games aren't always serious, so if its biased for one faction it shouldn't be a mod impression destroying problem.
Apocalypse tank needs to be nerfed against aircraft, for a measly 2000 (Or 1500 with IP) credits it can shred any aircraft in the game within seconds
I noticed its odd firepower at first in the Revolution challenge how they deleted all my lionhearts when they tried to make turn above the parade. Then it became obvious when i played the challenge as Soviets and said apocs were capable of shredding Kirovs within seconds.
I said " Well how bad could it be ?"
Then i played a Skirmish map and Epsilon HQ deployed Irkalla and i loled and i said
Can't say I'm very surprised about it, I mean Grumbles strong point is AOE and ability to oneshot some planes. Although I expected them to perform a bit better. Regarding the Apocs (and also the fact that they can be overcharged), I think some nerfs wouldn't hurt.
Heh, when a new aircraft unit comes out, it should be measured how many seconds will it last against Apocs tank and how many % of its health can it take away before getting annihilated.
